Federal Judge Orders Department of Justice to REOPEN Clinton Email Case

Tom Fitton would not give up when everyone told him to quit and Hillary Clinton is furious. Because Tom just scored a huge win in federal court and the judge is demanding the DOJ reopen a portion of Hillary Clinton’s email case.

The judge in a sharply worded decision ripped Obama’ss DOJ and State Department (and Trump’s) for what they did and did not do during this devastating scandal.

From The Washington Post: A U.S. judge ordered the Justice and State departments Thursday to reopen an inquiry into whether Hillary Clinton used a private email server while secretary of state to deliberately evade public records laws and to answer whether the agencies acted in bad faith by not telling a court for months that they had asked in mid-2014 for missing emails to be returned.

Well it appears the Obama State Department and Obama's/Trump's DOJ went a step to far and royally pissed the judge off. He has ordered to DOJ to reopen their investigation.

A lot of people are going to be having a bad day...

This would add to the U1 scandal being investigated.
Hillary is under two investigations - you wouldn't know it from the MSM.

They need to re-open and retract all immunity given.

I wonder if this investigation will stay narrowly focused like Mueller's has?

Only go back 20 years, investigate EVERYONE associated with her server for non related crimes, raid her lawyers, convict all those who have lied to FBI, DOJ, Congress, etc. etc...

I know the answer and it makes me sick

God I hope she goes to jail so we can stop hearing about it, her and Obama both. Maybe that will give people less of a reason to hold double standards.

Let's be real though, nothing is going to come of this. It's a pipe dream to think she will go to jail. She's been far too useful for those in power, the same reason Trump won't be impeached.

None, they gave everyone immunity. It's not that laws were not broken, they just simply wanted it all covered up and not prosecuted.

She wasnt leaking states secrets. And they determined she did not commit any crimes.
The whole situation is not going to change no matter how pissed some deplorables are.
This says open a portion of the investigation.

There are at least 3 investigations into some aspect of Hillary Clinton. Because they're being conducted by the Department of Justice, they are never discussed with the press. (They wouldn't report on it anyway) Something like 17 potential counts could be leveled, between those 3 ongoing investigations.

To learn these things, you have to monitor sources that Liberals wouldn't dare listen to. Personally, I monitor the #Qanon thread on Twitter. Lots of "fluff" there, but 2 to 3 times a day, someone posts a link to something important that the Mainstream Media hopes never reaches the public.

It's a good thing I'm on a conspiracy website or I might have taken this serious.
