It could be that but it doesn't seem like that kind of event. However, the video does cut out a little soon after the fire is extinguished which irks me a little.

It looks like many of the good theories mentioned, again the hook to me is the white ball of light/energy that shoots up and away from it towards the end of video.

The flare ran out. The plane continued on. At some points in the video you can clearly see where there are three "objects," stacked on top of each other. Then it tips and turns. Once the flare was out, the plane flew away.

I don't see the red/strobe light on the object. It also seems to be in a confined air space that would make those maneuvers unlikely. I am no pilot though

Odd that the video suddenly stops.
We don’t know what it did after the light show.
We see the object continuing to fly in a loop then the video ends.
I know if I was recording something amazing, I wouldn’t stop filming until it was out of site.

It moves in loops and circles. Not right angles, which would indicate something extra strange. It's a little tight, but when it turns to the right of the screen that sure looks like a banking turn.

If it is a nightime skydiver, with a flare
he'd need to jettison said flare before the end of it's usefullness
before he ends into final descent...for safety purposes

Maybe, he needed to cycle into a vent/thermal for a good landing
funny air

the skydiver would be moving at a relative speed +
comparded to the jettisoned flare

This effect would be magnified from the ground

I get what your saying but, what is it dripping? why does it do a loop and what is the white light flying out of it. Could be a plane as Blue Shift mentioned but it seems circular

Yeah I saw that too, none of us here can no for sure. The fact that she seemed pretty close and it made no sound, could have led her to believe it was not man made. Just like every unexplained sighting their will be thing's in the story that don't make sense to those of us that we're not there
