From top, left to right:
Pink and black rhodonite
Shungite
Uvarovite in seraphinite
Ruby in fuchsite
Ruby in kyanite
Obsidian
Mahogany obsidian
Picasso jasper

Cool huh? I plan on building up quite a collection of them. I got mine from Etsy, but there's a ton of sites that sell them. Spheres To You seems to have a nice assortment.

Fancy golf balls and Ts.

I collected tools myself, when I quit, my land provided me with ancient hammers and axes and hide skinners made of stones by ancient people. Cool, I don't even have to buy tools to collect them, I just have to keep paying the taxes on the property.

You just want people to know that you have a lot of balls, you are no pansy.

My wife has a few skulls carved out of minerals like yours.

We live in crappy New Mexico, they are everywhere here.

Cool collection. They can get pricey.

Hahaha

I actually lol'd and cackled kinda hyena-like at that.

I super dig the stones.

Used to have size Zero gauges and because i lived in Santa Cruz, land of hippy nature nuts, they had a shop that sold really nice, authentic stone plugs (for your gauges).

I had Quartz, Opal, Tigers Eye, Turquoise, and one other i cant remember.

edit: Jade too.

Pretty cool Hank
It's not a rock. It's a mineral.

Troolz, your collection is small, but very beautiful! I collect stone spheres also, but I can't seem to upload photos anymore...

When I was a kid I belonged to something called the "Mineral of the Month Club." One of the samples I received was a polished stone in the shape of an egg. If I recall correctly it was a pink and white mineral from Madagascar.

Unfortunately my mother had some kind of fetish for throwing stuff away. So the only thing I have left is a part of a geode that is now covered in a layer of dust.

I'm a Gem/Mineral/Rock collector myself- those are some beautiful spheres you have!

I don't have any spheres yet actually but they always catch my eye. Perhaps next time I'll add one to my little family.
