A new public backer of Bush's SS plan:

"During lengthy questioning, which focused primarily on President George W. Bush's push to restructure Social Security, the influential Fed chief reiterated he backed letting workers set up private investment accounts.

Naturally Greespan supports ths, as an economist he understands that the power of the American economy comes from the American citizens having the freedom to choose for themselves how to use thier money.
