Check out the custom t-shrt San Juan mayor is wearing in this interview.

It reeks of propaganda but also raises the question of how she obtined ot so quickly in a powerless disaster area.

Why doesn't she put the same amount of effort into distributing all the aid that is piled up?

It seems her real priority is to push an Anti-American agenda.

Clearly the whole Puerto Rico disaster is liberal fake news. It never happened. Her T-shirt proves it. The videos and photos are all CGI and photo-shopped. Another cheap Democratic trick to make Trump look bad. I mean knowing you're going to be on widespread television what kind of a selfish asshat would put something like that on a T-shirt?

Last I checked, there are fifty states in the USA and PR is not one of them.

Besides, some actual state officials are anti-america amd have gone so far as to propose secession like in Texas and California. So your point is invalid.

Who is an idiot?

Cruz is a member of the Popular Democratic Party, which supports Puerto Rico remaining a U.S. commonwealth as opposed to becoming a state.

She herself does not even want to be a part of the USA.

You are very poorly informed, as usual.

How do you know? I've lived there 30 years. Rosello is the son of a former governor and is obsessed with statehood. He will praise all the turds given to him by the US as if it were gold. Being governor is his first real job ffs. He's an inexperienced assh&le.

He's doing media relations and you bought it. My entire family and friends live in PR, let's go inform then how awesome it is and how fake the f** catastrophe is.

Last time I talked to my mother she told the island I knew no longer existed. But is fake outrage....

I didn't say state

It's a U.S. commonwealth

Puerto Rico first became a U.S. territory following the Spanish-American War, which was ignited by the explosion of the U.S.S. Maine in Havana Harbor in 1898. The war ended with the U.S. acquiring many of Spain's possessions, including Cuba, Guam, the Philippines and Puerto Rico.

In 1952, Puerto Ricans adopted a new constitution, which established the current relationship of Puerto Rico as a commonwealth of the United States.

I guess everyday is a day to learn something, right?

Lots of texans are anti-american by that view. whats your point?
