FBI searching Annapolis GOP fundraising firm
www.wbaltv.com...

The investigation is being run out of Washington, not locally, the I-Team has learned.

The FBI used trash bags to cover a window at the offices of Strategic Campaign Group at 191 Main St.

The firm is touted for pioneering the use of technology in political campaigns, and it represents GOP candidates nationwide.

Anyone know what this is about?

Apparently one of it's Advisors has ties to a Manafort Company

And the DC FBI that raided the office is one tasked on the Russia investigation..

But that might be a stretch...

Until we figure out more here...interested in theories..

Someone on twitter noted one of the advisors is associated with a Manafort Company...

And the branch of DC FBI is one working on the Russian connection..

We will have to wait and see though..this might be something else..

The GOP fundraising office being raided by FBI had been sued before, sounds like shady guys, nothing to do with Russia. Guess they mislead people again with their fundraising.

Controversial PAC Conservative Strikeforce faces FEC questions

June 24, 2015 | The Federal Election Commission might not do much, but it does use the mail. On Sunday, FEC analysts sent letters inquiring about misreported 2014 expenses by the controversial political action committee Conservative Strikeforce.

The FEC notes that the PAC failed to correctly report payments to Strategic Campaign Group, Inc. and Active Engagement LLC, two firms among the group’s largest payees. Strategic Campaign…

Lots of unwarranted conclusions in that Twitter feed though lol.

Conservative Majority Fund has also made hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments to Strategic Campaign Group and Active Engagement — $197,072 and $105,280, respectively, in the most recent midterm cycle. Since 2010, five of Mackenzie’s six PACs have each contributed less than 5 percent of the funds they raised to candidates.

Perhaps it is a fraud PAC?

Shuffling money between PACs after raising it for candidates, but not donating to candidates?

That is the likeliest explanation, but as best I can tell they settled up with the SEC and candidates in a lawsuit already?

Maybe they kept at it?

The raid had nothing to do with Trump. Good that they start to weed out the shady guys on both sides.

Mensch keeps barking for months that Trump gets impeached any day now. Read her tweets they are delusional and nothing came true. She is just another attention whore.
