funny joke i guess but whats the punchline? this is clearly mocking folks who want recreational marijuana legalized, as if to say making plutonium accessible is as dangerous as making marijuana accessible, i guess those against recreational marijuana usage would have to be so ignorant as to believe those two could equate.
