Hey!

You left out the part where Dread Judge Roberts was baffled by the claims of islamaphobia since he found absolutely no evidence of it.

You know - the whole premise of the claim.

Washington Solicitor General Noah Purcell said the focus of his state's legal challenge was the way the president's order targeted Islam.

Well, trump tried to fix this issue properly. Hopefully he does not just say screw it and not keep people working on lowering the risk of a bad guy coming in. This issue needs to be fixed, they need to stop any radical Muslims from coming to this country, for our sake and to protect the Muslims living here from having their kids radicalized.

You left out the part where the said judge expressed such bafflement. Can you be more specific? Was it similar to his "bafflement" about why the EO disregarded countries directly linked to 911?

As it stands now, those with green cards or visas will get in.
Refugees won't have green cards or visas; they aren't going anywhere.
DHS has cancelled 60-100 thousand visas, doubt those people are going anywhere.

Not according to the TRO. You might want to read it, and the sections of the EO it applies to.

Actually, they have reinstated all of them, except those which were physically voided.

What is a real concern to anyone with a brain, looking at history, religious specific history, race specific history, and the fundamental differences between the cultures produced by these two religions........and lastly the differences between these two religions held within their scriptures and teachings........a person would have to be a dumb**s not to be concerned. Call it a mental disease is a very simple demonstration of your grasp of the issue. Another Freudian Slip gets out the bag.

Not the point, and you know it. The point is that the vetting process needs a total overhaul. She was subject to three background checks and somehow the vetting process missed the fact that she was all over social media spouting violent jihad nonsense. Yet the media could find out about it? The vetting process has holes, and this action by the Trump admin was put into effect to tighten up those holes.

Of course not. Probably the same reason why the guy wasn't even brought up, since he just happened to be american born and raised.

You should have since he was one of the two shooters in the San Bernardino shooting.

By all accounts of those who knew him, including neighbors, he changed a lot after she came here. Throw an infected person into a room full of healthy people and they become infected too unless they've been inoculated.

You didn't read the link in the OP?

How could you miss it?

It is right there in the video with the caption "Does the executive order mention the word Islamic, or Muslim?" - Federal Judge James Robart."

Cop out. He was american born and raised and part of what happened.

Guessing at what made him tick is trying to put a spin in things.

What a disaster, I'm betting the judge is right at the end of his career, if not he should be made an example of and removed.

This is just another crumbling brick in the wall that is America. Must be time for the south park boys to make team America 2.0.

Not a cop out, and all you are doing is obfuscating the point...that a moratorium needs to be enacted due to the fact that the vetting process allows people that have previously professed a desire to wage war against the west into the country. You want to argue another point, go right ahead. Just do it with somebody else.

I watched the video. Roberts didn't seem baffled. He asked questions. Of both sides. That's what judges do.
