Object In Storm. Ball Lightning, Laser Pointer, Drone?

This video was taken in Pretoria, South Africa on Sunday night during a storm.

The "object" moves left and right. I was thinking laser pointer, but what got me is when the thunder strikes almost at end of the video is how it stays visible in the lightning. I can't see a laser pointer doing that. But, I can be wrong.

Nor do I see someone who'll send out their drone in such weather.

I asked the person who took it to send it to me, for ATS opinion.

My thought is that is could be ball lightning, otherwise I have no clue what it was.

The only motors i hear are from vehicles and (a) motorbike/s earlier, if hear correctly.

Listen again in the beginning when it moves across the screen. Props make a distinctive sound, you can hear them quite clearly. Between 4 and 10 seconds.

I hear the whining Do you think when it moves at the other stages that it's just the weather overbearing the motor noise?

The other thing in the sky is probably a drone, you can hear it at times, as well as a colour change to red, both typical.

Rule out laser pointer too, you would see the beam from one. Like this:

I see nothing that indicates it can't be a drone, possibly someone wanting to get video closer up to the storm but it's interesting none the less. The moment it disappears for a few seconds could have been the operator deliberately turning the light off or an electrical malfunction. I want to believe it's something else and not ours but can't say either way. Good video though.

It originates from the volcano, as a very tiny sphere. It lights off at 42 seconds.

It makes me believe that all / most UFOs are actually powered by haarp, or other EM weapons / DEWs, and are merely ultralight antennas.

The Oaxaca Earthquake / Tsunami started 43 miles down. The ionosphere is about 46 miles up. Even without 'advanced' methods you could still use simple capacitive heating to heat a fault line to trigger an Earthquake. That said, there is very clear evidence of somewhat advanced technology being used:

Mexico City Ball Lightning attempt (after first earthquake off the coast). Results in very slight earthquake; most of the fault line's energy was already spent on the earthquake off the coast:

They had been 'heating' the fault line the entire time between the first attempt, and the second 7.1 earthquake. That's how evil they are.

The Ball Lightning immediately after the Oaxaca Earthquake / Tsunami is clearly the cause for the following reasons:
It reappears in substantially the same area (assuming a weapon targeting over great distance) ~a half dozen times in each area.
They all decay at the same rate.
They are the color of an excimer laser (nitrogen excitation), or an odd color, few of them look like standard 'lightning'.
No sound, no shrapnel, power is still on.
They are mid air.
Typically one at a time (weapon has limited power).
