Rand Paul would be a plus, if both Rand and Ron are in,
that would make me a Trump supporter right now.

I am just about there. I mean, I have supported him more than anyone since Rand Paul dropped out.

I do wish he would've hung in there a little longer...Who knows what would have happened.

One thing about Trump, with his years of running all of his businesses, you just know the man has a knack for picking people who will be great at their jobs and he must delegate like a mo fo...

Not deleGET, but delegate, aka nice way of saying boss around!

I will NOT vote for Killary. If she is the Democratic nominee, and Trump is the GOP nom, I will do everything I can to help him win. Including working for his campaign here in Colorado.

By the way, most of us Coloradans are still confused on how Cruz took this state. Seems some very shady sh!t went down. Hope they get to the bottom of what occurred and do something to fix the issue.

One of the most important things about politics and diplomacy is learning to compromise and make a few concessions in order to achieve a goal.

We absolutely NEED Constitutionalists in important government positions, and we need a very diplomatic SoS especially.

I'm all for it. It's much more attractive than potential alternatives.

It's very likely:
1) The Constitution will be brought up more often than otherwise, and
2) The concept of Peace will be brought up more often that otherwise.

How could anyone argue against that? I know I won't oppose it. It's a big deal.

when I checked this out I ran across a twitter account with Palin's name. Some of the stuff I was seeing on it was confusing. When I dug deeper, I found that it was not Palin's account but a satire account. Could that be what you are referring to or are you referring to some specific statements she's made in interviews? I haven't seen her make any statements about being SoS or any other positions. Can you remember where you heard this? You have my interest piqued now!

If Sarah Palin gets the VP job it would confirm that Trump never wanted to be President and has been doing everything possible to try and lose.

I believe the Clinton's asked him to run for 2nd place in GOP. A respectable 2nd place, but his ego took over.

I don't understand how Rand or Ron Paul can support someone with who has socialist tendendcies.

Rand Paul as VP would wean away or STEAL Bernie Sanders supporters. Both are Libertarians ...

On what planet is Bernie Sanders a Libertarian?

This planet. Now I must ask you this; do you live on Earth?

Apparently not. On my planet libertarianism, as a social philosophy, is centered on something we call the non-coercion (or non-aggression) principle. It holds that the initiation of force against another (or compelling another to act in a manner he/she would not normally choose for themselves) is an illegitimate means of social organization.

Socialism relies upon the coercive power of the state to guarantee what it calls "equality", by forcibly taking from one to give to another. It is a philosophy that is wholly incompatible with libertarianism.

Whatever former Ron Paul supporters who are now supporting Sanders are a bunch of twits who don't understand what they're voting for, and never did in the first place.

It simply seemed like the hip thing to do.

Trump does not know this and do not tell him (he is also a Libertarian). It is based upon the underlying principles expressed.

No. I can't. I can't into Drumpf despite liking some of the points the Pauls stood for. I know he's going to become our God-Emperor, no bones about it the way this country is heading...why do you think I stayed away from this site for so long?

Should I at least be happy that the Pauls are actually getting the exposure now? Yes. I just see them as the conservative/libertarian versions of Bernie Sanders, the lesser of two evils on the democrat side in my opinion.

Frankly, I hate all of the candidates in this election cycle and do hope that there will be some tipping point in the following years. Don't know for better or worse, but we need real change real fast.

I knew this vapid cow would be mentioned in this thread.

Just having her in the Cabinet would be grounds for a pre-emptive strike from our haters, sad to say.

Socially liberal, fiscal conservative would describe a large cross section of the moderates in this country, how can the candidates not see that? We want the economy fixed, and are not concerned with what goes on in your bedroom.

ETA: The legalization and taxation of marijhauna, massage parlors, and prostitution would go a long way in solving the problems that this country faces.

Why not just measure all lung capacity and tax the air.
How about we chip everyone and measure calorie intake as well and tax that. All that good money we can spend on programs and wars

I'll explain. Whats so damn funny is watching these neocon criminals snub Trump. I'm a old school democrat with a lot of "conservative" leanings. But the neocon element in the GOP is disgusting and should be tried for treason. It's now amazing watching these new Trump supporters trying to hide their past neocon behavior. Hannity and crew is now talking about the Clinton's involvement with NAFTA. They seem to point fingers at the Clintons as if they forced NAFTA down everyone's neck and GOP supporters were not supporting NAFTA. I totally agree both Clintons guilt in the fiasco, but NAFTA was authored and supported by the neocons from day one. In fact, NAFTA was the first blow to the nation followed with additional blows from the globalists Bush clan. All resistance towards Trump in the GOP are the minions bought and owned by Wall St. globalists and their fascist ideals. At first they feared Trump now they wish to court Trump for higher power. Watching these clowns such as Christie and Rand only shows how diabolical these freaks are. I'd vote for Trump and i will. But i will never forget or forgive these people who in the past few months was ready to put the finishing touches of the new world order and their support for the global trade agreements Trump hate.

The better ticket would be the two populists of opposing parties (not really as both are Libertarian in principle) running together. A Trump/Sanders mash up might be the runaway election of the century. Imagine; 60 to 70% of the 'popular vote' then challenges the rigged system of dedicated delegates and the electoral college.

In what universe are Bernie's MOAR GOVERNMENT GUD plans even remotely libertarian?

Sure he's got a lot of followers, but not because he promotes less government intrusion into our lives.
