What's up with: Sense8 ???

Anyone watching this tv show? Awesome show ruined by way too much homosexuality. I don't get it. Like wtf??? Like what normal straight people want to be grossed out by gay porn every other scene. It's f****d up! I sware this is some messed up psy-op!!

Well in that case, I would suggest that if homosexuality shocks you then you should not watch the show and watch something butch such as wrestling.

Perhaps you could ask you captors to kindly remove the objects forcing open your eyes, that way you won't have to watch? Assuming you have not fallen victim to predatory kidnappers hellbent on forcing you to watch the show, you could change the channel?

Its one of many agendas being pushed by mainstream media. I suggest you stop watching tv all together. The subliminal context of mainstream media will slowly deteriorate the naturally inherited conscious.

I suggest you keep up with the news online with unbiased news sights. Learn to play an instrument or 2. Plunge in mastering a new skill set every few years whether a language, a survival technique, or a health goal.

And scrap television all together.

I have not been more detached from the mainstream agenda than I am at this current point in life, and honestly looking into this fishbowl of reality is the equivalent of watching a mothering spider devour all of her young.

I love Sense8 but I find there are too many over the top unessessary sexual scenes in all TV shows recently. So many good shows I can't recommend to family members or watch with them or even watch with friends because it would be awkward.

I almost watched Outlander with my grandma.

I do not, by any means whatsoever, have an issue with nudity or sexuality. Yet, like you, I find there are too many unnecessary sex scenes in TV shows lately. If it advances the plot, cool. If it's trying to make a more profound statement, then great. But, if it's there for its own sake or just to be edgy and shocking, then I find it gratuitous, lazy, low-brow, and off-putting; it's the main issue I have with "Game of Thrones." If I want porn, I'd rather just go watch actual porn.

People who experience strong feelings of disgust at the sight of gay activity are probably people who need to sit down and have a quiet think about their own sexuality.

People who are secure in their heterosexuality are usually confident enough that the thought of other people doing different things with their own genitalia doesn't squick them out in the slightest.

There is a lot of truth in that old saying about how the biggest homophobes are always deeply in the closet.

The Media represents Homosexuality as perverted dimwits, lascivious and excessively manufacture disgusting mental images to your children... They've manipulated a stereotype somewhat akin to the manipulation of an Housewife in those 1960's Kitchen appliance TV commercials.

The fact that they put this stuff out on prime time and family shows is to try and portray a typical normalcy which In turn makes homosexuals/heterosexuals believe that this behavior is acceptable... To me It is not.

I've been sexually attracted to females since Lori Alderman in grade 2. Not once have I ever been attracted to a man. My sexuality isn't something I have to sit down and think about.....Its pretty black & white to me.

Sense8 is a Netflix original. It is definitely not a family show. I enjoyed it. The sexuality was necessary for the characters imho.

I actually really like the show and don't have a problem with homosexuality but I found some of the sex scenes(hetero and homo) to be unnecessarily lengthy and overly raunchy(the length and raunchiness didn't contribute to the character building). It certainly didn't ruin the show for me or anything...it was just unnecessary and a bit much...that's just my opinion though...to each their own.

You can bash Lava all you want to stop watching the show or being homophobic however lava is correct. Even if it was straight sex scenes it is to much. It does seem like the scenes are trying to prove something. To me it has killed this show and I stopped watching. There is obviously a agenda being pushed there or ideology in some way. In so many cases instead of wanting equality the gay pride movements always go over the top and seem to push their ideas on other people or total acceptance when it is someones right to not have to accept it and can speak out about it or for it all they want!

The people saying the scenes were necessary may be correct except over half of the scenes are not needed and detail is by far not needed no matter the orientations or sexuality. I believe this is more a Netflix thing as a whole moving in this direction than just the show! Also if you think to far into sense* I would think someone is trying to say the human consciousness is moving in that direction more than normalizing.

No there is way more truth to a lot of people will do anything for money or drugs! There is also absolutely no truth to most anything using the word always! This does happen from time to time though.

So if the show kept all of the same sex scenes but they were heterosexual scenes instead, you would be okay with it? If so, don't you realize you are complaining simply because the show doesn't have the kind of sex you happen to like?

How do you think the rest of us feel when we're forced to watch boring sex scenes with hetero-monogamous redundancy? Those can make us "grossed out", as well, with subtle themes of sexual repression and entitled presumption.

The difference is that I have never made the mistake of thinking a television show has to cater to my personal sexuality.

It does seem to be an agenda. My favorite program used to be Sons od Anarchy. I used to binge watch episodes. I got to the episoge where the old scooter tramp was getting butt raped in jail while the nvestigator watched. That was it for me. I turned it off, and never watched another episode.
