I used to work late, stay up late, and bounce between all my friends who were at school. Most of the time it was involving drinking. At least once a
week I'd wake up with a hangover.
Best thing that got me back on my feet was rather simple.
Well, before getting into the whole day after. Best hangover cure is definately eating something and drinking lots of water before you crash. That's
the ideal thing to do, or just not drinking as much.
But if you find yourself in 'that' situation, I found this works best.
Get yourself a cold can of sprite, drink that, then slowly transition to water.
Then pretty much any food at that point is good. Some better than others, soup or anything with broth is a good one.
The main thing is the sprite. It works wonder.
But to be honest, if you have a severe hang over. It just simply means you are dehydrated and your body just needs water, rest and time to recover. A
hangover isn't just because you drank it's because you poisoned your body with the byproduct of what your liver breaks ethanol down to, and your body
reaching at straws to keep your brain and heart hydrated, which includes taking water from your spinal fluid, hence the extreme headaches.
