You were correct with the thread you did last night, that was removed QUICKLY.
It appears, if he knew it or not. Santilli doomed them all from the on-set.
Link above in OP.
A significant amount of the FBI’s information used to charge Ammon Bundy came from an activist named Pete Santilli, who was living inside the refuge and broadcasting live his conversations with fellow activists.
To demonstrate a conspiracy, the government has a lower burden than it would with similar charges, such as aiding and abetting, or solicitation. A conspiracy charge in federal court does not require the underlying offense to have taken place, so prosecutors can charge the defendants based on their statements, without proving they actually committed a crime.
That is where Santilli’s broadcasts proved so useful to the FBI.

Santilli has been exposed as an FBI informant time after time via documentation. I can't post links to the documents because they were supposedly obtained illegally and that violates ATS terms of service. I'm sure you can search and find them for yourself.
See how that works. It's not like the FBI is ever going to come out and admit he works with them. Being a snitch is a risky job, generally they only do it in exchange for avoiding prosecution or jail time for some other crime they committed.

Well the fact he was one of two who weren't sent to the federal facility and was also released from local sheriff's office soon after the arrests says pretty blatantly he was working with them. If I was defending the Bundy's I'd be looking into how much coercion he provided to ramp things up. I would use it as an argument for entrapment...long shot I know but they don't have much going for them at all.

The link you posted proves nothing. That you have some stealth links out there is not reassuring nor proof of anything. If ATS is suppressing this information, prove it.

Indeed he has. Even Annonymous outed him in 13.
The life of my friend and fellow American Patriot, Radio Show Host Pete Santilli has been turned upside down by false or fabricated claims as of late ….
So what’s really going on here? Who’s keeping score? Ladies and Gentlemen, I will right what’s wrong in this sick and twisted screwjob/conspiracy of defamation. Pete Santilli is the most controversial, articulate and passionate patriots in all of radio. His show broadcasts daily at 10am-2pm PST / 12pm-4pm CST / 1pm-5pm EST, and you can join him in his private chat during the live show. Pete is a former U.S. Marine, corporate executive with Bell-South and Coca-Cola, and a small business owner as a professional Consumer Advocate. If you have made an enemy in Pete Santilli you can bet you deserved it.
