So was it evil for America's influence to have kept the world more or less stable and thus more peaceful or is it better to have the chaos we see?

You can't force your own version of "peace" upon people. It is up to the peoples of their respective nations to sort out their problems.

Of course the big boys are starting to panic...

There's only so far you can kick the can down the road before you finally reach the end of the road.

It was inevitable that a huge economic shift was going to have to happen. Economic doomsayers have been screaming that fact for many years.

The transitional phase is going to be painful for everyone, and all we plebieans can do is hope that we come out the other end in one piece... looking at a new and improved economic system.

But I'm not holding my breath.

The new global development bank is now online and is ready to serve governments of the world. This is the official inauguration of the new financial system that will usher in a new era of massive economic development for humanity.

We shall remember this time as the day when real men stood their ground and did what they believed was right for the people.

That's an interesting read. Here's my 2 biggest questions before I'll be able to achieve a proper perspective on it: What audience is this intended for, and what is the intent of the report?

Basically, I'm asking myself why put that information out on a public domain? If this is targeted to other banks, politicians, or global elites, then that information would/should be kept very private I'd imagine. And I'd like to know if the intent of the report is exactly as it says, or to have a specific effect on something (stock market, politics, financial competition).

I find the report itself to be full of fascinating information, I'm only left to question the audience and intent. I'll check back later to see if you provide any thoughts or clarification. But I'll also do some digging to see if I can find the answer myself.

A generation ago most people had real and practical skills, making a society that invested in these practical skill bases pretty immune, all you needed was raw material, an education system, and pay rates based on real ability to perform.

This of course left certain necessary skills and occupations in a good position to bargain their labour at the fair market price. This generated a wealthy middle class, and the money flowed Then the computer chip, and unlimited cheap labour was brought into the equation, this removed the ability to negotiate a fair price for labour. This made a society stable, and everyone was busy, but this has stopped in a mere generation.

This has left human society in an hitherto historically unprecedented position, where any abnormal event, like the Carrington event, would cause immediate chaos, by destroying all artificial intelligence, leaving no skill base to take up the slack. Some countries never had this skill and education base, that's why famine and violence are a constant visitor, which stops them ever establishing the necessary infra structure. When you see cities where the sewage system, and the garbage doesn't get picked up. Keeping people in meaningful work, contributing to their society ,should be the main concern of a democratic Government, and legislated to a point where any self interested lobby cant get in to hijack the system, if its not you are living in a Cleptocracy by default, and this historically will run its inevitable course.

Soo what all that means in lame words? that we are heading for another global collapse? didn't US markets caused the last one?

Well I guess we will be heading for another roller coasted ride.

Bailout anyone?

It's basically saying the days of a unipolar world are over (unipolar is when there's only one dominant power). So now we've entered a multipolar world, where there are several equally strong centers of power in the world.

And when there was only one dominant power, it was easier to predict how the world would react whenever catastrophic events and "black swan events" happened. (As long as you understand the ruler & how it reacts to these events, you can predict, profit from and/or avoid losses from those catastrophic events).

But in a world with multiple power centers, it's harder to predict how their reactions will affect each other. This also makes it harder to avoid losses, harder to profit from the entangled events, and harder to manipulate the situation into helping your long term goals.

Then again, i didn't read it all so I may have some things lol.

And this is been coming for a while. I only hope it is much like the scene in "Oh Brother Where Art Thou?". Where the majority of citizens finally realize from where the corruption has been originating and the idiot KKK politician gets run out of town on a rail. Or in this case something better and more deserving of their Karmic reality from the truly free before we are no longer "free".

What's coming will be worse than the 1930s economic crash (Great Depression). Unfortunately it's going to be so bad that it will a lot worse than that crash. The problem is, a few of us have heeded the warnings from sources that have been talking about this for a looong time, but very few people believed them. Indeed too few believed the warnings of these people.

The problem now is that the elites are playing dumb, when it was them who orchestrated this event to collapse the world economy, and all western powers. The people that will suffer from this are just the poor, all the strata of the middle class, and a few rich people who aren't that rich by the standards of the elites. The elites will be fine and nothing will happen to them unless they die of old age.

Having money in the bank won't help you, it will be taken from you or lose all value. Having cash in your hand will only help you for a while but not for long because it will lose value.

Remember that back in the 1930s, there were people who used dollars as wallpaper because it lost it's value and wallpaper was more expensive than using dollars as wallpaper? It's not going to be that bad, it will be worse.

I know most people really don't have the means, and my worry goes to them. But, we are going to be offered a solution, and a few ATS members have been talking about this for years. The New World Order. If you think "Pax Americana" was bad, just wait to see what the new "peace and prosperity" that the elites have in mind means. Unfortunately most people won't be able to say no.

Imagine that you are given the choice to give up your individual freedom, and your moral values to be able to feed your family. Because that will be the choice most people will have to take if you want to survive this. But is that really survival? The question is, will most people be willing to lose their soul, and who they really are in order to survive? A lot of people won't, but what do you think will happen to these people?

Remember all those training exercises that the U.S. military has been doing in "domestic peace-keeping"? Videos have been recorded of military personnel playing as "civilians" and ask, or even demand for water while they are being detained and incarcerated.

On that video you can't hear it that well. But go to 2 minutes 40 seconds on this other video and you can hear the Marines playing to be civilian detainees just asking for water. What a bunch of terrorists huh?...

Why do you think they have been training with attack helicopters shooting in the streets of U.S. cities as in the case of Miami Florida.

What do you think all those exercises were for fighting against Al Qaeda or ISIS?... No, those are training exercises to desensitize both our own military, and our civilian population of increase military use within our own borders to suppress mass protests, and of such events occurring more, and more frequent.

In order for people to accept the One World Order that the elites have planned for decades, things have to get so bad that most people will simply accept this New World Order and have no choice but to turn a blind eye to every evil people will see happening in the streets in the name of "the collective peace and prosperity".

This is the reason I have been a staunch opponent of the massive immigration that the world elites have been releasing into Europe, and the U.S., because this is part of the "destabilization phase".

One: Europe and the United States HAVE NOT RECOVERED from the 2008 economic crisis.

Two: Among these refugees there are many sleeper cells of true terrorists which will further help destabilize western nations with the death and chaos the radicals will bring to western nations that have accepted them.

Today I just watched a program from Spain, in which the reporters were talking to a Chinese representative of the Wanda Group (corporation) who was explaining why the group has pulled out of the rebuilding project of "Edificio España". A Spaniard landmark that the Wanda group bought and at first planned to rebuild, but they suddenly pulled off. Their excuse is that "they don't think Spain's economy is stable". That's what the Wanda Group representative, who spoke Spanish, said.

This is no joke, and people really have to take this seriously if we can hope to stop this madness that is about to be unleashed on us.

Is it true that Citi owns 30% of the federal reserve?

No.

They have a seat on the Board of Governors, but no person or entity "owns" the Federal Reserve.

No one owns the Federal Reserve? That seems like somr grade A bull# to me. Something worth all that money could never go "un-owned."

I agree the era of America being the biggest kid on the playground is over.

It will be interesting to see how to power shifts and what effects that has on the world. I have a feeling one day people will look back on this article and talk about how right the author was.

Actually being in America will soften the blow, everyone else in the world will be brought down a peg or two.

You will still be the big kid in the tiny isolated playground.

No. Have you seen any of the movies of "The Hunger Games"? That's the future the world elites have in mind after all the massive protests, which will eventually turn violent, including many who are now moderates. People will turn on each other and blame each other. A race war will ensue, as more and more black people will blame all whites and will attack whites. It will start as small events, but as the economic depression worsens, tensions will get worse. More and more whites will turn violent and respond back and use the same tactics that communist black groups like "Black Lives Matter" will be using. A large portion of the Mexican immigrants will blame whites as well, and will even demand their old territory back (Texas). Unfortunately I see this turning into a full blown civil war over races blaming other races for something that it wasn't them who caused, but these people won't care for facts.

At first a lot of people will try to resist this. the nation will be divided more than it has ever been for a long time. states will form their own groups as there are those who want to secede from the Union, while others won't.

These events will be very similar in European countries. But you have it much worse because there are more radical sleeper cells in Europe than in the United States right now.

By the time all is said and done, and the worse is occurring to the point of people killing each other over resources, and when they see it fit. The elites will offer their new One World Order plan, which will implement agenda 21. People will be clustered in small city apartments and no one will be able to own any land, "for the good of all and the Earth"...

Austerity measures will be implemented like in other socialist countries which will only bring more suffering, but people will at last have something stable to eat for the foreseeable future. But we will be ruled by a despotic, fascist, socialist government who will not care about individual liberties, or rights. Not even human rights.

Interesting stats within.

172% rise in crime against person and property '13 - '14.

On the EU referendum it touches on how right wing parties use immigration and terrorism as a fulcrum. Interesting as both are caused by governments, malpractice or something more sinister.

Cracking doom porn. Shame it looks highly reputable.

Although thinking about it - who trusts a word these 'bankers' say?

Then it would be their neighbors who will have to work to sort it out inside their borders. If I came to your house and said "Your rules are insufficient. Mine are superior because they have worked for twenty years!" and tried to force you to follow them, what would you do?

The US Federal reserve seems to be acting on its own, raising interest rates with global deflation running rampant.
I'd almost call it an isolationist agenda.
The Democrats have been offering up New Deal style domestic stimulus measures that are promptly squelched.
Maybe a "new Deal" proposal would look like just an ill advised chapter 13 reorganization attempt to the elites?

The long term strategists probably already have plans in place to deal with the US national deficit.
Japans national debt is about 200 percent of their GDP while in countries like Australia the debt is still quite manageable at below 50% of GDP.

The roots of Pax Americana can be traced to US profiting from isolationism in the 1930's when the European states were infighting over war debts. The Lend-Lease act of 1941 formalized US foreign aid, but by that time the US was already destined to win the global conflict economically.

So we watch the MSM test us with potential populist platforms to see which might have critical mass.
If we are going to have a global economic collapse the US public would be more satisfied with Trumps face negotiating on behalf of the US.

FFS! In all my years on CT or Alt sites, this probably the most disturbing thing I've read. What's such absolute bull# is that the very ones who killed Pax Americana are the very ones lamenting it's death. It's insanely sick.

If reading this hypocritical bull# doesn't evoke passionate anger and a determination to prove these criminal bastards wrong, then the world is well and truely #ed.

"This is no joke, and people really have to take this seriously if we can hope to stop this madness that is about to be unleashed on us. "

There's no hope of stopping this. The center will not hold. By the time its nearly all over, the US people will be clamoring for the Chinese Military to rescue them and they will, in a manner of speaking, at least in the sense that they'll put them out of their misery.

The CITI report brought to my mind the idea that what all this truly indicates is the failure of Democracy as a governmental system and in particular, a so-called two party system of Democracy. It genuinely points up the degree to which this 2016 US election is a pathetic spectacle of epic fail.
