Oregon Victory – Judge and 2 US Marshals in Route to Restore Constitutional Rule of Law
BY VOICE OF REASON · TUESDAY, JANUARY 12TH, 2016

Well as much as I have read on ATS about how this standoff could go violent, and how these men who are standing their ground are freeloading losers who have nothing better do do with their welfare checks than hang out at a Federal reserve....

Perhaps this "will" create the dialog for respect and change in the future not only for the Patriots and here on ATS...

So many seemingly were in hopes that either there would be a peaceful ending, or a violent one to this unprecedented and historical stand, and the view points and rhetoric got pretty high handed in most of the threads, so now what do you say with the very real possibility of dialog as well as change happening at the Oregon standoff?

Almost immediately, as seen in the video, about 8-10 federal officers exited the building in full tactical “battle rattle” and moved to surround the approaching group. Brandon Curtiss, of the Idaho 3% and the others, immediately sought to defuse the tension by extending hands, taking a non-threatening stance and showing their peaceful intent. By engaging in friendly dialogue, the group continued to calm and assuage the officers standing guard at the front of the FBI compound. The PPN group then proceeded to present and discuss the “Articles of Resolution” they had drawn up as negotiating points between the federal government and the Occupiers at the Refuge.

Michael Emery (seen in the video above) in Burns, Oregon verifies today a judge who will remain unnamed is on his way to Burns, Oregon escorted by two U.S Marshals. The purpose of the visit is to reinstate the rule of law according to the U.S constitution. Ranchers and militia verify the BLM’s modus operandi of land grabbing through various means intended to drive the ranchers off their property. Common knowledge now verifies vast mineral wealth on those ranchers lands, many of which have been seized by the Feds, not only in Oregon but reports in Arizona, Utah and elsewhere. The land grab is allegedly driven by greed to gain the wealth of minerals much of which is sold overseas especially to China as a primary United States creditor.

If successful, it may lead to a path where such conflicts can be successfully and peaceably mitigated in the future. Although, that may be difficult given the disposition and tendencies of the federal law enforcement actions with history as the guide. The federal government and local authorities have sought to keep things off-balance for the citizens of Harney County by heavily militarizing the government buildings in Burns and at the FBI headquarters in town and at the airport. Through the unnecessary closure of schools and federal offices, some 30 miles from the Refuge Occupation, government officials have to sought to increase the fear and bad feelings toward the Occupiers. They have also erected of barriers and obstacles around government buildings in Burns, OR to heighten the sense of tension unnecessarily.

An interesting video, makes you think for sure.

I thought it was a BLM compound and not an FBI compound they are in , in Oregon?

Makes me question the credibility of the piece

Funny how the fully outfitted top elite of the FBI are hard to distinguish from the Patriots. I have been told that in a shtf scenario for the USA, that it would rattle the NWO when the largest majority of Military and Special forces join the fight against Tyranny and citizen roundups should that come to pass. Even to the point of shooting those in position to call on them to follow orders directly against their solemn oaths.

I do not read tea leaves nor have a working crystal ball to know with certainty how this will end, BUT this video gives me cause to trust in our country, our freedoms and our right to defend against all threats both domestic and abroad.

I would like to say yes, but I caught this breaking at ANP, and found it most worthy of bringing to ATS and for those who are following this event. Lets hope that it is the start of something like a win for America because God knows we need it. We are not the lazy fat consumers the world thinks we are and no matter which side you fight from we are still as strong as ever when we stand together united for a cause. I will stay on this and bring updates as I get/find them.

They're getting a taste of what Indians have gone through for generations. Hell, back in the 70's on the Oglala reservation there was a reign of terror where there were killings, arson, and beatings on a daily basis. The then tribal president, Dick Wilson, had illegally sold of 1/8 of the reservation to energy companies for uranium mining. The traditional people tried to put a stop to it. It didn't go well for them. The FBI had given weapons and training to a paramilitary group formed by the tribal government called the GOON squad (Guardians of the Oglala Nation) and the terror and bloodshed increased. This led to Wounded Knee 2 and the killing of two FBI agents and the unlawful arrest and incarceration of Leonard Peltier.
All I can say is suck it up, buttercup. If you don't learn from history, you're doomed to repeat it. If it happened to one group of people, it can happen to you.

Yeah I did everything I could short of linking onto their site which as you know is against T@C here because they have hoaxed too many times for ATS to use as credible... so glad you clarified that, I for one will not be going over to verify that. I do like the site where it is currently posted, has some interesting reading.

That was along my first lines of thought on this and the potential for how it could peacefully end. If the rights are given back it needs to go to the indigenous peoples. I do not think the Patriots have greed in mind over this so if that is the case, then so be it.

Why?

The FED GOV takes peoples properties etc all the time without cause.

Why is it not ok if the people do the same to them in return?

Rule of law and all that. Eminent domain also requires the government to pay for taking that land too.

Eminent domain was meant to be used much differently than it is today.

Today it is used to grease the palms of politicos and the wealthy at the poors expense.

If I own land with mineral deposists, and they want them, why not let me develop it, since it is mine?

Oh, then I would get the money not them....duh, what was I thinking?

www.cbsnews.com...

Not a good idea to vote in favor of eminent domain, and especially using the argument of fair market value.

So what does your opinion about how eminent domain is misused in this day and age have to do with these guys breaking the law and needing to go to jail when they are done illegally occupying that wildlife refuge and freezing their butts off?

I never made any claims about eminent domain being used properly or improperly. I just said what these ranchers were doing is illegal and they should be in jail. YOU brought up eminent domain as a counter example and I said that you get paid for the government seizing your land. I never said I supported it or anything.
