he has been on such lists for the last 4 years [ that i am aware of ] - and further - for the last decade - his health has perceptibly deteoriorated

" predicting " his death is not any insight or revalation - its just ghoulish repetition of the claim in the certainty that it will be " fulfilled " eventually
