Wildstar is going free to play in about an hour.

Wildstar is an MMO that came out a while back.

Wasn't really wanting to buy a new game especially with a subscription fee but it is now adopting a free to play model that allows you to experience the entirety of the game without paying.

I believe certain social functions like creating guilds and the like will be restricted from those who don't pay. I also think you have a limit of characters you can create for free (1-2 i think)

Anywho just a heads up to any gamers out there who may or may not have heard about this game and felt like giving it a try!

I'm going to at least give it a go.

One hour to go....

I played it from Beta til a month after launch, it's a beautiful game but I'm a pvper mostly and the pvp system was a wreck, might just play it for pve now though.

I haven't played at all but knowing other MMO's I would think(hope) they've made improvements since then.

It's all new to me so just gonna dive in.

Definitely tend to be a pvper myself but with Heroes of the Storm and Counter Strike I'm probably going to focus on pve.

My brother was just asking me about MMOs.

I tried, days later and still cant play they have so many server issues.

Yeah the server issues have been pretty constant. I've managed to play a bit but I'm going to wait a while to let them get things in order.

Not been able to play since it went live...well 3 hour waiting times...nah.
Worse then archeage as a release tbh.
If I had paid any money I would have gotten a refund by now.

Me and my brother decided to go to Rift. I think it's a better game anyways.
