ETA I dont know why they would search his house if no family is considered suspects. I have been kISS fan my whole life This would really upset me if anything comes of it.

Neither Mr. Simmons nor any member of his family is a person of interest in the investigation and they are cooperating fully with the investigation. At this time, the police have requested that Mr. Simmons and his family not discuss the investigation publicly so as not to compromise it."

Being a high-profile rockstar, it could be anyone who might have committed this crime: a servant, an off-duty roadie, one of his kids friends, some rockstar groupie crashing at his place.... who knows.

But I prefer to give Simmons the benefit of the doubt until further information comes to light.

That headline almost made my heart stop. I love Gene Simmons and KISS. I can't count how many Halloweens we spent dressed as one of the band.

Gene is a super smart man. I mean scary smart. I can't see him doing anything like this. He's too smart for that and it doesn't seem to be in his nature. He's so over protective of his own children...

This is one I just can't jump to conclusions about. I just can not see him doing ANYTHING that would bring this sort of investigation about.

I can see that. I mean, we are talking about a man that does not drink, does not smoke, doesn't do drugs, etc. He's ultra conservative in his own life and raised his children the same way.

It's either a set up (IMO) or they need to cut off visitor's internet access in their home.

Well, it said that he was away on tour at the time some kind of crime happened at his home. It also said that neither he nor his wife were people of interest. It must be an employee or something then.

why would it be a set up..

A set up would place the time of the crime when Gene WAS home, or otherwise it won't work.

It's obvious someone else used their computers or their internet gateway..

Maybe they got to watch his house and they had a bad dirty party?

Or just someone was bored?

But anyway, the news mentioned his name, but I won't connect the two in my head. And I'm not a kiss fan. Kiss fans no hurt me
