Wanted! Graduation Speech to the class of...?

I have been searching for the graduation speech made famous several years ago. The guy sounded like Martin Sheen.
Without knowing the title, I hope one of you can help, please.

Part of the speech went "you are not as fat as you think you are". It gave a list of do's & don'ts. The title was "To the graduating class of..."

Sorry I can't recall more.
