How does someone like this even get to be a cop? Is it because forces are growing so large that the standards of hiring have been lowered to the point that people who would otherwise go to jail get to be police officers instead?

Why is everyone surprised? Apparently you've never eaten spicy Pork Boulettes (Pig balls). Once you've tried them you know they will come back to bite you.

Where I live they charge extra for that.

This confirms what I've always suspected: police suck balls. This one just grazed them a little with his teeth.

The cop was telling his friends that this guy should be castrated so he can never reproduce....Got into an argument and the cop tried to take matters into his own mouth....How aren't cops like this (very clearly mentally unstable...I mean who the EFF bites a guy in the junk? FOR ANY REASON??) fired immediately and never allowed to return?

I just wanted to say thanks to all participating in this convo, a few good laughs and good questions about the state of the union at the same time can't be bad.
