Colorado welder Rex Bailey made the Yeti Monster Truck ...

She was built to handle the deep snow we have around these parts... She's rear-wheel steering BTW...

or you can go the other way with a Suzuki mini

that yeti looks cool but it does not seem to be handling that snow very well.

Monster Truck's aren't for driving... there just for looking at and going 'Day-Am... would ya lookie there!"
Rock Crawlers are too hand to live with on a day by day basis... I kept breaking the shackles on this old Ford 150 I had...

Naw ...I'll stick to my old toy

of course there's a lot to said for CJ's too

there much easier to live with on a day to day dealy-O

i agree.
still though. if you build something to go through the snow it should go through the snow.

just seemed like he was having a good deal of trouble

Monster truck fan here too. Band and motorsport. Always cheer on Gravedigger. Have for many years. Couple of women drivers in the circuit now too I believe.

Life is getting the ultimate revenge on my husband and I. Our son just love Monster Trucks. For a couple of geeks, this is the one thing that doesn't match our preferred hobby interests. I keep telling my husband that I can't wait for the two of them to have that father/son outing together!

Of course, he also loves all things robots and superhero, too.

But he does also love his cars and monster trucks.

It's almost a good as my gearhead cousin's son turning into the choir boy.

Gotta love the monster trucks. Some look a bit ridiculous nowadays though. The rock crawlers are just bad ass.

I don't have the money to build a monster truck or many rock crawling places. Have some sand dunes for that sort of thing and it seems everybody has a lifted truck with no mufflers around here. So I plan on doing something a little different.

When I get my garage set up I am going to take a older (90's) chevy truck and cut it in half length wise. weld in maybe 10 inches of steel to the body and make it wider. Maybe lengthen the axles or get wide wheels with a larger inset.

Not so wide it can't fit the road, but just enough that people will see it and think, "what the hell is different about that"
