What's up ATS'ers? This is after all the music forum right? So why the lack of Hip Hop representation? I'm sure Hip Hop is represented on ATS...but not like this!

Music is music to me...lyrics are just as important. So let's get on track and listen to some of these Hip Hop lyrics/tracks. Some maybe repulsive, uplifting and some really really make you think. I'm 40 something...so this is my $h!t and I love my HIP HOP!!!

Let's take a listen to some of the Hip Hop Lyrics/Tracks. You'll be amazed by how this style of music will move your soul. Mostly the instrumentals get me and I'm very "old skool". So please, add your own personal touch. Most of my favs will be listed first.

By the way, that's the same Dr. Dre that just sold Dre Beats to Apple for several billion dollars.

Nice thread! Nice to see other hip-hop heads here. I listen to all hip-hop but prefer east coast. Wu-tang, Nas, Mobb Deep, Boot Camp Clik, De La Soul, Tribe Called Quest, Gang Starr, Redman, Keith Murray, EPMD and on and on. Ghostface is probably my favorite.
