I wonder how many birds are going to fall to ground this year as the result of another major HAARP experiment that will no doubt be blamed o fireworks.
It seems like every 4th of July or around that time there are large animal massacres going on.
Sorry *snip*, no links. Just wondering out loud on ats.

I never believed in HAARP, prove it actually alter the effects of the earth, the weather without showing some youtube video. GOD is the only man that can control the weather on HIS earth...

HAARP was never intended or claimed to affect the weather, though, so it's not about "believing in HAARP". HAARP did what it was meant to do, which had nothing to do with weather, earthquakes, killing sparrows or anything else like that.

Ya. HAARP no longer exists, ya'll. The birds will have to die by some other means.

Only among the terminally uneducated. Not much weather happening in the ionosphere.

There are a number of ionospheric heaters of which we are aware.
So what? They aren't HAARP and, like HAARP, they can't kill birds.

Well...maybe if a bird flew over the antenna when it happened to be in operation, but probably not even then.

You could ask the USDA

If HAARP has been moved, it's for strategic reasons.
If it's gone altogether, it's achieved it's goals and they have something better.

According to Wikipedia the output of Haarp is 5.1 gigawatts. I did the math and I think that 5.1 gigawatts would power about 4 million homes. What kind of signal requires that kind of power, and where is it generated? Is there a nuclear plant on site?

According to wikipedia the maximum ERP was 5.1 gigawatts.
ERP is not power output. It is a theoretical value.
The maximum power output of HAARP was 3.6MW. It was powered by a few diesel generators.

Most places I read, including your link, was that it was being dismantled...not that a few bits of wire would be much of a bother.
And of course,
"Walker said the Air Force would like to remove critical equipment this summer to avoid the expense of winterization."

I'm sure the birdies, and a heap of other animules will be chuffed once they have a read about it being 'torn down', no more broken beaks and backs, no more fecking headaches, no more negative waves, no more..Aww shiite, we forgot about the mobiles and all the other stuff, Jeremy Clarkson may get us yet for free.
