not sure why my post above was stomped yet
( no problem mods..im not arguing...)

Anyhow it described bundy's son's arrest while peacefully demonstrating the rustling of their cattle and the infringement of their rights to protest peacefully....
it had statements to that effect from several people on both sides...but the fed side seems to be that the nail that sticks up is sure to be hammered down...

in an interview on the Alex Jones show earlier today the elder Bundy was saying they are the last of a bunch of ranchers being thusly treated, and they were saying that the BLM has killed a lot of turtles on that land...

He states that they did have grazing rights, and that the BLM are smashing up hundred year old wells, and that they had killed some cattle, and this is why they were bringing in back hoes - to bury them in mass graves.

Bundy was saying that the had "beneficial use rights" to that land.

Beneficial use is a legal term describing a person's right to enjoy the benefits of specific property, especially a view or access to light, air, or water, even though title to that property is held by another person. [1] This may also be termed "beneficial enjoyment". Black's Law Dictionary (2nd Pocket ed. 2001 pg. 236.

Compare this with a "beneficial interest", where a beneficiary has an interest in a thing ("res" Res (disambiguation)) (such as a trust or estate) but does not own the underlying property. Black's Law Dictionary (2nd Pocket ed. 2001 pg. 64. This usually entitles the beneficiary to some of the income from the underlying property.

Also, compare this to beneficial owner where specific property rights ("use and title") in equity belong to a person even though legal title of the property belongs to another person. Black's Law Dictionary (2nd Pocket ed. 2001 pg.

en.wikipedia.org...

Did you read what you posted from wiki? No where in it does it say that beneficial use includes letting cattle graze on it. Only light, air, or water grass isn't covered. You are only allowed to walk on the land and if there is water to drink from it that is all.

It may be difficult to swallow....but the truth is the truth. The Germans didn't want to believe they were becoming a fascist dictatorship either....they preferred instead, to turn a blind eye to the truth that was all around them...

1. Powerful And Continuing Nationalism – Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.

2. Disdain For The Recognition Of Human Rights – Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of “need.” The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.

3. Identification Of Enemies/Scapegoats As A Unifying Cause – The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, (Christians, Constitutionalists, conservatives, 2nd Amendment supporters, 1st Amendment supporters, 4th Amendment supporters, Ron Paul supporters) etc.

4. Supremacy Of The Military – Even when there are widespread domestic problems, the military is given a disproportionate amount of government funding, and the domestic agenda is neglected. Soldiers and military service are glamorized.

5. Controlled Mass Media – Sometimes the media is directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media is indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common.

6. Obsession With National Security – Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses.

7. Corporate and Government Power Are Intertwined And Their Combined Power Is Protected – The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite. (This is the actual definition of fascism according to Gerald Celente’s historical description of Mussolini’s opinion on the matter).

These are just 7 examples....I suggest you read the entire article...might open your eyes.

Comparing us to Nazi Germany of the 30s are we?

There is nothing to swallow.

I've begun to realize that this is what you really want, its not a matter of whatever signs you THINK you see, but blinded by your ambition for civil war and total economic collapse.
The US doesn't have to burn in the way you envisioned it.
You may know a thing or two about business, but regarding the civil populace? you should sit this one out.

As an AD Soldier, would I follow an order to shoot fellow Americans? no.
Would my fellow Soldiers? no.

The police state is a tough one, but not unbeatable.

Remain DEAD on the subject and keep CALM, deadcalm.

What is this? Anti-clandestine tactics?
Even the Blackbloc-kids know better than to put their actual planning on the web beforehand.
Or ist this some kind of mindtrick-anti-anti-clandestine-move??

Also, what is this about?

Maybe the Feds are behind this, trying to round up as many people who would challenge them in a desert location where there can be a controlled effort to get rid of them.

This could be a set up. I guess we will have to see if we can find news on this in the future.

That is a plausible concept. I feel blind for not seeing that.

I said this in another thread about this but it bears saying again. I am all for a good revolution. However starting a revolution for the wrong reasons bugs me. The Rancher is/has essentially been stealing and while I seriously dislike the Bureau of Logging and Mining they are unfortunately in the right on this one. now protesting Fracking? get your guns, I am in.

Regardless of fair use (not to mention the fact that the family has been there since the late 1800s and have jumped through the read tape since),

Armed Federal Agents?! Why is that ok????

This is an over-reach and it is INTENTIONAL.

Folks have plenty reason to stand up with this family!

I am very suspicious of this call to arms. This is just asking to escalate the situation into something uncontrollable. It gives the feds reason to bring more firepower and resources. It screams agent provocateur to me.

I've seen successful instances of veterans showing up in uniform to support a cause, peacefully and causing a pretty big impact on the situation. That's not what this is. Offensive strike? Posted on the internet?

Danbones
And if you want to hit anything...
Zero your weapon for 50 or 100 yards if you haven't already.

Know your holdovers at range-
( Do your Zero off and before you hit the battle zone,
plenty of space out there for that. )
Any offensive strike MUST be reserved for Day time !!
(we can not hope to compete against their FLIR Systems, Thermal Imaging & Night Vision Capabilities at night)
Go time

(!! Check Your Fire !! NO FRIENDLY FIRE !!),
Hit from behind when ever possible.
! Aim ! and DON'T spray and pray !
Stay focused & calm !

Something that I always wondered. Do you think Russia, China, or even the NK's would send arms and military advisors in to the US civilians and support a revolution like the US has done all over the world against many of their allies? If so, things could turn very fast for the feds. All of a sudden air support and armored support would be useless. And the problem with our borders being so open would make stopping a support operation very hard. The one other qquestion and I think is true is the US Gov won't go down without firing off some nukes, in country or to outside supporters.

There are quite a few arguments on this topic that completely outline the things that Bundy has done and their legality. I am no fan of Big Sis but (loud but) I am also not a big fan of greedy ranchers that think they are above the law. Regardless of whether or not his family has been there since the 1800's he does not own or have rights to operate a commercial venture on Public lands.

If I want to launch a balloon on BLM land for a private flight I do not need permission. If I launch while charging people I need a permit. Bundy has not been paying for his permit for quite sometime.

Defend him all you like but he is breaking the law and you are defending a lawbreaker..... If people get hurt or killed over this Bundy and his supporters are 100% responsible.

For those who claim Ameirca is not a totalitarian government. It is fast approaching. All "citizens" that go to work, pay their tax and consume at retail have no worries about that, though.

You're goood Romans.

IMO, whether or not the rancher is in the right or in the wrong, many people are beginning to want to take a stand, any stand possible, against the government at any level, because the government at every level has proven to be an untrustworthy entity, and many are automatically willing to side against it now because they believe the government no longer deserves the benefit of the doubt. We saw the same thing a few weeks ago when they killed the homeless guy out west. The people protested and confronted law enforcement. People are tired of government abuse of citizen's rights, and even if they're right in this case, many don't care at this point. They've lost the trust of many people.

I have said nothing to "defend" Bundy. I am speaking out against the over-reach of a Federal Government tasing pregnant women and assaulting lawful protesters.

What my point is, ARMED FEDERAL AGENTS?

Are you defending a militarized force against Americans?

If the Federal Government wants their money, there are many ways to get it aside from sending armed forces to an old man's ranch. Sick!

Here's one example- they could garnish it from Tax revenues or directly from a bank such as they do to students who default on Federal Loans. I have seen many go through this.

This is INTENTIONAL, they are testing the waters.

What does being an American mean anymore?
Why is it so surprising that things are going the way they are?
What nation/dynasty has ever lasted forever?
Sparta/Greece? No
Rome? No
England? No
Nazi Germany? No

Nations collapse, and its never a pretty sight when it does.

People can ignore things, look on the bright side, or just accept things as they come.
In the end, however you chose to go further, these things that are happening to other people, eventually will arrive at your door step.
But if history Is the example, by the time the people realize how bad things are, they are already to late.

And WHY is anyone surprised that this can/is happening in America?
Lets see,
Killing, robbing, and stealing people/lands/ of the Native Americans.
Putting Japanese Americans in concentration camps during WW2.
Slavery.
Torture.

You get the point.

And afterall we are ALL only guests in this country.
You own NOTHING, not your home(Ok, maybe you do, but don't you have to rent the land?)
And ever go to Youtube and see how well said govs. treat being homeless?
Taxes.
NDAA
Patriot Act
NSA Spying
TSA

This rancher is going to end up a footnote on the road to ruin.

Just my 2 cents
~Cheers~

It will all end in tears i imagine, if not today then soon. America just not the land of the free anymore, and it seems the only way for her to be so again is to remove the current system of government and return to your original constitution. Plus there are lots of armed and dangerous wackadoodles out there just itching to start a war!
