Thank you for posting this, I caught this yesterday, there is something desperately wrong here,

I think he is actually happy with the damage he and his hoard of demons have done to the country and around the world, the beast.

How can he make this statement after running out of the press conference of such importance, pure insanity.

It is going to be 'happy hour' when the current potus is finally out of office.

Until then it's been a nightmare from the empty chair in chief.

I think they're both idiots.

And the mainstream media has taken it very easy on our current president. I don't have respect for those I cannot trust; figureheads mean nothing to me.

I want a president with a massive set who strikes fear into the hearts of those who wish to harm us. I don't care about race, political affiliation or gender. When we start gaining respect in the world again Ill respect the commander in chief; not just the "chief" part.

Storm,
It sure does appear that way...after all is said and done.
"desperately wrong" is a good way to put it.

Indeed, Neo,
What ever may be left when that finally happens.

If it was not so serious, one could joke about it, peeps
think that Putin is so great and Russia is awesome....

And to those who are cheering Putin on....
Remember, even Snowden misses The U.S. and wants
to come back! So there!

Obama skips security meeting,

Thanks for providing that link. It is a great example of only seeing what we want to see. This is what the entire thing says :

A White House official emailed some reporters to say that President Obama's team met today to discuss the ongoing situation on Ukraine. It appears President Obama did not attend.

"The President's national security team met today to receive an update on the situation in Ukraine and discuss potential policy options. We will provide further updates later this afternoon," reads the full statement.

According to Time magazine's Zeke Miller, Obama skipped the meeting. "Obama did not attend the meeting, but WH official says he has been briefed by Susan Rice and his national security team," says Miller.

Obama has been briefed on the situation. WH statements say that he did not attend. Zeke Miller said that he "skipped" it, implying that he was supposed to be there in the first place and did not attend....giving the appearance that he doesn't care and the very reason why you posted it.

Context is key and it seems people have forget that today. Not just in this thread, but in many others for some reason as well.

Indeed context is the key.

And we have 6 years of context to look at.

The current administrations lackadaisical foreign policy 'decisions' have, and will continue to haunt us for the foreseeable future.

Something wicked this way comes in the near future.

I agree. President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho, 5 X Ultimate Smackdown Champion, Porn SuperStar, and POTUS.

I remember when Schwarzkopf had a little press for the spot. I remember Powell was considered. Last guy who was the man in office was obviously Eisenhower or maybe we have to go back to Jackson.

Idiocracy. You will eventually see that movie referenced much on these boards. It's when the world becomes stupefied by the bare stupidity spewed by the unincreasingly stolid stupidity leveled towards the exponentially increasing stupidity exhibited by the masses who are still allowed to vote. And the eventuality of people being allowed to vote.

Soon. A show will be created where we vote the weakest one off. Sometimes it might be a couple. A couple of?

BTW TiedDestruction, that is what it looks like behind the veil.

He has been briefed by Susan Rice? Isn't that the same chick that told the world that Benghazi was caused by a video? And still insists to this day that she was reporting events correctly?
I feel so much better knowing that he's actually keeping on top of this via Sue!

You have made an excellent observation there
on Susan Rice and national security.

Irrelevant.

That little piece was posted to imply that Obama does not know whats going on or doesn't care. But as you can see from what I pointed-out, that may not and probably is not the case.

Okay. This will be probably off topic, but it is about as relevant as it gets. I f our prez is allowed to get jiggy. If he is allowed to go Will Smith then back to Jazzy Jeff...

Forget decorum and international policy. Who did who get their act from?

Of course, he declared "Happy Hour". He's not the one going to war. He sends other men, and women, to fight their battle.

i do not feel the man is prez. he is rather the OOO ----

OOO stands for "Oval Office Occupant" instead of being a president

read this related article www.truthorfiction.com...

OOO Øbama talks out of both sides of his mouth... espousing the unilateral nuclear disarmament by the USA on one hand

then threatening Putin & Russia about Ukrane on the other side of his two-faced / forked-tongue mouth... hey all you voters...got a bad feeling Yet about him

I’m with sheepslayer on this one. I mean, really, what’s the BFD?

Would it have made anyone here happier had the president gone to the fundraiser and announced, “We’re on the verge of mutual thermonuclear annihilation. Don’t worry though, folks, I’ve got my finger on the button, and believe me, I’ll use it. I’m sure we’ll work it out somehow or other, though. We’ve just got to...”.

I’d hate to be Obama. He gets slammed no matter what he says or does. I’m sure Palin would have made a much better president, considering her firm grasp of the issues (cough, cough...).

It kills me how we “Americans” have so little respect for our own president, cringe at the thought of losing any of our prescious freedoms, all the while singing the praises of an ex Lieutenant Colonel in the KGB. Seems kinda convoluted to me...

It would not have made me happier. It would have put me at ease. I would much rather have heard a grim message about our future than the spectacle I saw in the video. I would like to be told the truth about our possible future....however grim that may be...as opposed to a national leader laughing it off as if he was a member of the three stooges.

In these days we need grim, blatant honesty from our leaders. Not false reassuring nonsense. This is partly the reason why so few people have little to no faith in the president. We get analed with nonsensical "everything is going to be all right" carebear mentality. Speaking for one...it drives me crazy.

Where is Jack Ryan when you need him.

On another note... Who do you think allowed him to get his question in? Do you not think he was screened beforehand? Why are real journalists blogging instead of sitting at presidential briefings?

You bring up a good point. I had not considered why the "shouter" was allowed to speak in the first place(shouter being the man who yelled the question for those not keeping up). I honestly have no clue why he was allowed to ask his question. If indeed he was allowed to ask his question at all.

I won't BS anyone. He may have been screened. He may not have. In any case my answer has to be I don't know why he was allowed to shout that question. Who knows? The shouter could have been random. Could have been unplanned for. He could have been planted. I don't know.

I am glad you asked. I did not consider other possibilities. Regarding your question about journalists I can't comment on that subject. I know nothing about modern journalism.

The modern world is certainly confusing eh?
