youtube has a bunch of clips from this TV show. It doesn't happen in this clip but in many songs the folks in the background break in a round of polite applause for no apparent reason. it just makes me giggle

You can't have a fifty thread without THE KING.

This one might not be very representative, but it has personal signifigance to me, as it probably was the first English song I understood (well, about 30% of it) and could relate to. Though I wasn't physically in jail it could easily be felt like that being a teenager in the late fifties.
