Wikipedia????

weird, anyway.

So Shokin is fired and then Burisma and Zolchevsky were charged...right?

...right?

No not weird, corrupt is the word.

Anyway, Hunter's lawyers are on a new trajectory. This is getting weirder and weirder.

Lying on the ATF document is a felony offense—but the constitutionality of the underlying drug question itself has come under scrutiny in several federal courts, at least as far as cannabis is concerned. And according to The New York Times, Biden’s counsel is specifically citing a February ruling in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma that deemed the ban preventing marijuana consumers from buying and possessing firearms to be unconstitutional.

That's what some members here have been saying, it's none of government's business if I do take drugs.

I fully expect the unconstitutionality of that question to become front and center.

It'll be so apropos for Hunter Biden to be the catalyst for its removal in this clown world.

(Shokin's corruption is not factually correct by the way. The office likely but evidence of Shokin's part in that is not a known quantity.)

The law has already been found to be unconstitutional in the 5th Circuit.

I'd be happy to see hunters gun charge dropped if it meant dropping all of the unconstitutional anti gun laws the rest of us have to deal with.

Then we could go after him for all the fraud, money laundering, drugs, and pedophilia... but those would connect him to his party so we'll likely never see that

So, you really think the Maga’s and the GOP will open a pedo case on anyone?
Frankly, same with the money laundering and fraud.
Lol.

Are you thinking they have some sort of moral high ground?
Or even 1 moral? Or a tenth of a moral?
I mean look at all the threads about that Proselytute in CO
The one that Beetle Juiced her Boyfriend in a theater.
Not many talking about that here.

Be happy with the gun charges.
And , there should be a drug test when buying a gun.

How does it feel to always be proven wrong?

I find it absolutely stunning that somehow in your mind what Boerbert and Hunter did are somehow on equal footing of morality.

I shouldn't be as it really explains the mind of the one making the assertions....

They've been screaming for years to restrict gun rights, but use the "unconstitutional" excuse when one of their own is in it.

And they use the effort on a known scumbag like Hunter Biden. SMDH

Don’t worry. That 4473, will soon be filled out whenever you buy a cell phone or exercise your free speech rights soon enough. A digital ID and pass key are what the powers that be want to install next. a reply to: pianopraze

Wrong

Drug Test: "A drug test is a technical analysis of a biological specimen, for example urine, hair, blood, sweat, or oral fluid/saliva"

None of that covers a breathalyzer, nice try though

Lets go over this again shall we for those that didn't care to read everything else.

Alcohol is not a controlled substance, the only "unlawful" users are under the age of 21, and it is not classified as a drug under the questionnaire.

Again, many medical professionals describe it as a psychotropic depressant, and that is in the questionnaire.

If Hunter wins, and he likely will, this will set the gun grabbers back a few decades. That entire portion of the 4473 will be scrapped. Thus allowing many more Americans to become gun owners.

It's messed up state by state, so what's the point? Messed up big time.

Are you done trying to take guns away from law abiding American citizens yet?

Drunk and stoned law abiding citizens with violence issues did you mean?

Marijuana users are prohibited form owning firearms, as covered by the federal form.

And again, alcohol is not, and remains to be legal. The ethicality of using firearms under the influence of alcohol is the only thing that is questionable.

I ask you again from earlier, should people that drink or have a "drinking problem" be prohibited form owning a vehicle? Because it is just as easy, and more common, for people to get drunk and get in a car than to get drunk and grab for a gun.

The stats on gun deaths related directly to alcohol or drugs are just not recorded...nobody seems to care.

They are irrelevant to this thread and are harder to give evidence for than DWI

But again, none of these have any bearing on gun ownership. A person who would shoot someone while drunk would do it sober and that is a mental problem not a gun problem.

Are we done making mental problems into gun problems? Or will you not stop until every American citizen is disarmed?
