Pentagon spokesman calls new site a 'one-stop shop' for publicly available information on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs)

The Pentagon on Thursday announced the launch of a new website with the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), which will provide the public with declassified information about UFOs, or what the government calls unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs).

Pentagon spokesman Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder said at a press briefing that the new website will provide the public with information including videos and photos associated with resolved UAP cases as they are declassified and approved for public release.

It’s nice to see civilian UAP reports via FAA channels… will be evaluated by the AARO…

Current Operational UAP Reporting

Military personnel should report through their command or service in accordance with GENADMIN Joint Staff J3 Washington DC 191452ZMAY23 “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Reporting and Material Disposition."

Civilian pilots are encouraged to promptly report UAP sightings to air traffic control. AARO receives UAP-related Pilot Reports (PIREPs) from the Federal Aviation Administration.

A Reminder, as "UFO" information continues to be released.

Former Trump Administration Director of National Intelligence, JOHN RATCLIFFE, was very candid in 2021.

He said INTELLIGENCE and MILITARY leaders are intimidated by these craft, because they don't respond to attempts at communication, and their technology is such that we could NOT defend ourselves, if some of them turn out to be, or become, hostile.

Makes for a very frustrated group of Directors, Admirals, Generals, etc.., whose PRIMARY JOB is to defend our nation.

All they can tell the President in his briefing....day-after-day, is: "We still don't know who or what they are, or what their intent is, Mr. President."

Just saw that when I opened the first page of Bing! I am no good at posting an OP so I am glad someone who has more words than myself had found and posted this.! I M excited to see what comes from this. Hopefully not a bunch of nothing burgers.

Funny thing….so far as I’m aware there is no specific “UAP-related Pilot Reports (PIREPs)”……the only PIREP I’m seeing is for weather related events……

Pilot Reports (PIREPs) are reports submitted by pilots that describe observed in-flight weather conditions, per Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) 91.183, the Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM) 5-3-3, and Advisory Circular 00-45H (Department of Transportation, 1989, 2017, and 2016, respectively).

As such, PIREPs often provide timely and sometimes critical weather information to other weather service users. PIREPs are used by pilots for pre- flight planning and in flight to avoid weather hazards; air traffic control (ATC) specialists to make decisions that support safety and flow of air traffic; and National Weather Service (NWS) meteorologists to improve weather models and forecasts.

For civilian pilots….

Remember the last five photos that were released showing “something” hitting the pentagon?
Yea, I doubt anything will come from this release either.

I’m actually somewhat encouraged …….that in my lifetime….I’m seeing, witnessing, an actual public accessible government office website dedicated to UFO’s.

That opportunity was not afforded to the general public from previous government programs within the computer social media age….i.e. AAWSAP (AATIP), UAPTF.

Btw was there a gap filling inside government program office between Blue Book ending in 1969 to 2007 AAWSAP??

(Bigelow’s NIDS AND BAASS were contracted? and did not, as far as I know, have a physical office in the government i.e. at the pentagon)
