This post was inspired by a waking dream I had this morning..in the dream there was a stranger petting one of the family dogs…brief tension, but he ended up being ok..safe even.This vid and the ensuing discussion is for my new friend

Im looking for more info on the K9 aspect to share..obviously not finding much.ha..The quad 50 is still classified in a way…

Anything dog related to LRRP is what I'm hunting. And I wanted Y'all to meet some of my 'Mentors'. (heroes of a certain 'stature'.)

As children we experience the perspective of our providers.

The modern day Equivalent is the US Army's LRS Company's .

They were stood back up around the 2006-2008 time frame , A very elite group of guys very tight nit group . I served in LRS from 08 to 2016 I think they deactivated them in 17 or 2018 I'm not totally sure because i got out in 2016 myself.

We had Books and Novels about the Vietnam era LRRP teams laying about the team room , it was very good times.
