What is Bitchute?

I’ve noticed many on this forum are confused about what a platform is. This thread will help clear up the confusion.

An internet platform is a programmable online website, which allows users to connect with each other and view and exchange content.
Examples are eBay, Craigslist, Amazon Marketplace, Airbnb, YouTube, and Uber. The online system may be entirely self-contained, or it may allow third-party apps to connect via the platform's programming interface (API).

YouTube is an American online video sharing and social media platform owned by Google.

Bitchute, according to their website is:

a peer-to-peer content sharing platform and associated services. BitChute aims to put creators first and provide them with a service that they can use to flourish and express their ideas freely.

As soon as covid hit the US in 2020 YouTube, along with Facebook, Twitter, and other big tech monopolies decided to censor any content that was in opposition to the narrative they wanted the people to hear and read. This initiative had absolutely nothing to do with the truth, as we have found out many of the topics these tech giants censored claiming to be false have been proved true (E.G. lab origin of covid). Thousands of accounts were deleted without any provided justification. This initiative is very similar to what the CCP have introduced in their country for mind control of the population.

Bitchute, an alternative to YouTube, originally introduced in 2017, and took off in popularity, because freedom loving people did not feel it was right to allow big tech to decide what people should and should not see/hear.

There has been an initiative by certain posters on this board who are either deliberately or unknowingly pushing a propaganda smear on the platform Bitchute. The method for these propaganda attacks usually is some form of psychic driving. What is psychic driving?

Psychic driving was a psychiatric procedure of the 1950s and 1960s in which patients were subjected to a continuously repeated audio message on a looped tape to alter their behaviour. In psychic driving, patients were often exposed to hundreds of thousands of repetitions of a single statement over the course of their treatment. Forms of psychic driving were used on the US population for topics like “trump racism”, “russiagate”, “alt right”, “conspiracy theorist”. People would repeatedly hear/see these messages over their TV and internet, by all MSM organizations, over and over and over, and what happens, is people actually start believing these messages are reality. There was no evidence for Trump racism, it how many thought he was a racist? There was no evidence for that giant Russia investigation, but how many believed Trump was owned by Putin? Same with origin of COVID, there was no real evidence it evolved naturally from pangolin or bats, and the lab origin evidence was immediately smeared over and over again. They use this technique to also keep the population in a constant state of fear, why?—because humanity is more easily controlled.

Deny ignorance. Bitchute is the YouTube alternative because big tech and weaponized intel agencies decided to censor the content they didn’t want the people to see. They do not want the people to be informed. They want to control what you think. The CCP is the model for the world. People arguing a video is fake just because the platform it’s on is bitchute is propaganda. When people on this forum continue to smear the platform, instead of attacking the actual content of the video, we need to continue to call them out.

I've called out bitchute on a number of occasions for sharing what is clearly nonsense.

I must admit that I've only really seen it in links here on ATS and a good portion of the threads I've been involved in have ended up in the hoax or lol forums.

I understand that bitchute is merely a platform but if there's no moderation of any kind then it's always going to get a reputation for posting nonsense, lies and hoaxers.

I'm sure there's some really decent stuff on there but I've not seen anything yet.

I found it about as accurate as Facebook or Twitter.
Not really saying much there.

I don't think that Facebook or Twitter are valid sources of information either to be fair.

Or YouTube.

Anything that only has video content tends to irritate me as I'd like the option of reading what I'm supposed to buy into.

It might not be confusing for you, but I have seen several posters on here refuse to acknowledge anything from Bitchute as it is a "garbage source" or some such according to them. It reminds me of 'The Office' when Michael Scott says to 'get Youtube down here to film this'... I'm sure certain channels or uploaders are, but there is a lot of stuff like Covid origins that got banned from Youtube when that was taboo, etc.

YouTube has just as many fake videos. The only difference is that bitchute and some other platforms do not censor content that deviates from the narrative.
We should be able to decide what is truth. The big tech and MSM feel they can determine what is truth and fiction, and they use proven propaganda techniques to get you to cheer it on. This is exactly what has happened in China with the CCP. Do you want to live in a world where you are unable to think for yourself?

If people expect others to take bitchute videos as a valid form of proof then bitchute needs to up it's game as far as I'm concerned.

It's mostly garbage.

Ok, your opinion has been noted...and stated on every other thread with a bitchute video.

I don't think it does itself any favours really though.

Alex Jones and David icke went there when YouTube had enough of them.

Look in the ludicrous online lies section and you'll see that in the top ten threads on the first page 5 of them are all based solely on bitchute videos for evidence.

If a conspiracy site is having to do that what does it say about the legitimacy and value of the platform?

Uses all the terms given negative connotation, conspiracy theorist, alt right, hate speech, extreme content....this is how they brainwash people. They give something a label, then associate it with negative terms, and then repeatedly drive them into people’s heads.

It goes on and on and on. This is how the oligarchs effectively steer your thinking. They want you to believe only the sites controlled by them can give you he truth.

I did not need the mainstream media or Wikipedia to manipulate me into thinking bitchute was awful.

I read posts on ATS and tried to watch the videos and realized they were bollocks and said as much.

Then they got put in the ludicrous online lies forum on a conspiracy site.

Maybe those people say those things because it's the truth.

Ive noticed that starting at least 5 years ago, google, Facebook, CNN, and MSNBC gave up on true reporting, in order to support nonsense, lies and hoaxes.

Most people believe that the most washed part of the human body now is the hands.

Its absolutely not the case. Its the brain

agreed. the 'muh bitchute' dismissal is a convenient opt-out for those that would prefer all information is 'fact-checked' by TPTB.
