Breaking Now on FOX.
Apparently Hamas released a statement saying it accepts the cease fire proposal through Qatar and Egypt...but will NOT release any hostages.
US State Dept. cannot confirm.

Clearly, Hamass is trying to save it's ass as the IDF is about to go into Rafah to wipe them out...although, Hamass ALSO had a cease fire with Israel on Oct. 7th. when it massacred 1500 innocent Jews in a surprise attack.

MORE as this develops...

Then what does Israel get out of it?
That's the whole point of a cease fire.
Are you sure that this is accurate?
It's NOT up on the FOX page online.

Looks like the news is dropping.

Hamas announced Monday it has accepted an Egyptian-Qatari proposal for a cease-fire to halt the seven-month-long war with Israel in Gaza, hours after Israel ordered about 100,000 Palestinians to begin evacuating from the southern city of Rafah, signaling that a long-promised ground invasion there could be imminent.

Only thing about Gaza on FOX online is that Israel is evacuating 'Palestinians' from Rafah because the ground invasion of it is about to start. Could Hamas just be saying they agree in order to stop the ground invasion that is about to happen? I can't see Israel accepting a cease fire without getting any hostages. That doesn't make sense.

I'm watching it now.
Hamas announced it was agreed to through mediators Qatar and Egypt.
I'm sure Israel will not agree to anything that doesn't include a release of hostages...if any still live.

Ahhh ... okay .... It's just an Egyptian-Qatari proposal that Hamas accepted. There is nothing about Israel accepting. And considering that the hostages are supposedly not going to be released, I kinda doubt Israel will accept a ceasefire that they get nothing out of. But I guess we'll see.

HAMAS accepted the terms HAMAS made, and wishes to not be obliterated with a shock and awe ground attack in RAFA. That makes sense. I don't think any hostages are still alive, which is why they can't agree to releasing any. But the real problem is that the leaders of HAMAS are safely in Qatar with their haram of pre-teen brides.

Israel has just said it's not acceptable. Without hostages, it shouldn't be even considered.

My guess is Hamas can't produce any living hostages.
So they're totally screwed.

Yeah, that's how I read it. Hamas is desperate to stop the Rafah invasion that is about to happen and so they announce that they accept a cease fire deal ... one that does not include the release of any hostages ... one that Israel will turn down. It's a ploy to stop the invasion.

I can't believe Biden kneecapped Israel and said he'd cut off munitions to Israel when Israel is right at the edge of completing their war against Hamas. Biden is a moron pandering for Michigan votes.

I heard that Hamass still holds 5 American citizens hostage.
Is that accurate?

Honestly, I don't even think they have the bodies anymore. They had to hide the torture and rapes from the world to keep its favor.

Seems to me that all Hamass needs to do to avoid total destruction...is to stick a copy of today's paper in the hostages' hands and take a picture.

It obviously can't do that.
They're all dead.

Meanwhile, Biden is threatening to cut off arms shipments to Israel if they go into Rafah to destroy Hamass!

I don’t think they’ve any hostages to strike a deal with. I’m sure most if not all are dead and they’ll somehow try and blame Israel for killing them. I would want to see video proof that the hostages are still alive before I agreed with any ceasefire. There’s also no Hamas surrender. Hamas has 4 battalions in Rafah according to intel, that’s a substantial number of combatants. Doesn’t sound like a very good deal for Israel. No hostages, no surrender, no deal.

So much toying around. If "Bibi" had terminated the lifeline to Hamas "fighters" by killing these 4 men: www.dailymail.co.uk... , who fund, plan, organize, motivate, and supply the fighters, this "war" would have been over months ago, and tens of thousands of innocent children/women/men lives would not have been lost.
😠

Too late. Hamas had their chance (many) to release all of the hostages, now, the chickens have come home to roost.

You keep saying that but I’ve yet to hear you say how. How would you do that? SHTF if you tried bombing Qatar and I believe there’s some in Turkey you’d also have to contend with. So….how would you go about that?

FOX just again reported that 5 Americans are Hamass hostages.

WHY doesn't Biden and his administration talk about this?
