Not subjective at all. That's exactly what I was trying to explain to you.
If they found no evidence of genocide they would have stated clearly -- we have found no evidence of genocide.

Then you can claim their military are committing war crimes.
Hamas does have a sanctioned branch that is armed and financed. Is that false.
Terrorist Organizations Are Not Entitled To The Protection Of The Geneva Conventions
Therefore, we may legitimately ask if that organization or any of its combatant agents (e.g., armed soldiers who may or may not be identified by wearing any insignia indicating affiliation) are entitled to the protections of the Conventions.
Under these definitions, organizations such as IS, al Qaeda, al Nusra, Boko Haram, Hamas, Hezbollah, etc., are guilty of grave breaches of the Conventions as related to the human rights of those suffering from their actions:
But….did you know we have members here that sympathize, defend and support terrorist and for some reason refuse to hold them accountable for their actions?

Yes they are.
And they are called terrorists.

A twitter video and a strong right bias website, camera.org. I'm just wondering... why not go to the core, to the source of the material, the court documents themselves?
Here, allow me to cut through this propaganda and bring some facts into this thread:
29 page PDF document straight from the ICJ
Do yourself a favor and do a keyword search for the word "plausible" within that document.
Pay special attention to pages 18 and 19, sections 54 through 59, where the court states that they find at least some of the allegations plausible and orders Israel to prevent genocide.
Then go do to page 21, section 66 and read what more they say about the plausibility of acts of genocide being committed.
Then go down to page 22, section 74 and where the conclusion begins in section 75. That text of the conclusion in 75 is pretty clear, wouldn't you say?
