Yes, cloud seeding works.

The heavy rains that caused widespread flooding across the desert nation stemmed partly from cloud seeding. The UAE started cloud seeding operations in 2002 to address water security issues, even though the lack of drainage in many areas can trigger flooding.

The Gulf state’s National Center of Meteorology dispatched seeding planes from Al Ain airport on Monday and Tuesday to take advantage of convective cloud formations, according to Ahmed Habib, a specialist meteorologist. That technique involves implanting chemicals and tiny particles — often natural salts such as potassium chloride — into the atmosphere to coax more rain from clouds.

Worked to the tune of 6.3 inches of rain in 24 hours, or 2 years worth.

The latest storms followed heavy rains earlier this year, according to Habib at NCM. The seeding planes have flown seven missions over the past two days, he added.

“For any cloud that’s suitable over the UAE you make the operation,” he said.

I guess. They seem to be getting pretty proficient at it.

Unfortunately, while the article correctly calls out the influence of cloud seeding it had to work in the human driven warming narrative as influencing it.

With most media omitting cloud seeding entirely, and inserting climate change as the reason. Emirates citizens are pretty much unanimous in the The UAE is to blame for the freak rain event. A consensus even.

Yet it takes a selective search for the correct article.

The others are too busy ignoring reality in favor of possible climate doom

I wonder if UAE will continue seeding every viable cloud?

Man is obsessed with controlling the weather. It is going on all over. Cloud seeding usually causes a loss of water somewhere else...it takes the water that someone else is to get away from them.

In some instances, it can be neutral, but often it causes problems for other areas.

We do have quite a few mad scientists out there trying to make profits, also people who have planes they can make money off of to pay for maintenance and make a living off of. Those people will not believe they are causing others problems by their actions either, self protection is very powerful in people.

I think they did it on 'I Dream of Jeannie' where she left the water running and it flooded.

No matter what we do ...Mother nature is always the one plucking the strings. Once the mother's Playlist is over, it restarts again. History has proved it time and time again.

It seems a little lacking in foresight to be utilising cloud seeding and not making a similiar investment in capturing the bounty of their efforts.

Either way, the storm system that caused the unusually high rainfall was not caused by cloud seeding despite what seemingly all the major US news outlets are saying. Dubai didn't bring this on themselves, well, not by cloud seeding anyway and no more than any other nation who has become dependent upon Arabia's natural resources.

Arabia has the ability to maximise the benefits of climate change to their particular region if it puts in place systems to capture the excessive rainfall, but then perhaps, given that the Arabian aquifer system has been drained almost to the point of exhaustion in recent years, they are willing to just let nature take it's course and suffer the inconvenience of the floods in the cities.

I hope no one was hurt.

Cloud seeding works (sort of - 25% is rather very optimistic imo) - but it doesn't cause deluges like they have had in Oman and the UAE

Ok, this is up my alley for my day job. It is a fact that you can add Silver Iodide to the clouds and that was years ago when they began doing that. I am sure the tech didn't lay dormant as others are pointing out about those who would manipulate the weather. We have learned that the military was capable of dialing up some rough weather to create cover for movement of men and equipment.

"Oh no! they say he's got to go oh no Godzilla"

Those movies were about radiation creating monsters. The folly of man indeed has been to ignore all the signals both of nature and in the mental world as pressure is also put on us thru massive propaganda to control the narratives. Those doing that are having a hell of a time keeping up with "what day their lie is in". Lies are so hard to keep up with day to day truth.

Either way, the manipulation is real, it is dangerous as you point out with this cool song, and we are dealing with clowns trying to do ecological damage so they can shed their world they own of it's "useless eaters" of the common folks like you and me.

Absolutely! There is no reason to not have balance. The problem is some people want to poison the ground so we don't eat. It has gotten that bad. These people's ancestors likely encouraged Americans to wipe out the food source of the native Americans for the same reason they plan to wipe us off the face of the Earth. Because we are in the way of the completion of their declared goals. The long game of hundreds, maybe even thousands of years is in play now for all to see.

They can cause the "law of unintended consequences" to raise it's ugly head. That is a fact. So, yes they can start something that can cause extreme rain event with HAARP energy focused in the right place.

HAARP now. It'll be chemtrails and planet Nibiru next .....

Clever how computer models forecast the cloud seeding. And why did the UAE cloud seed Oman first?

I know there has been some success with the likes of silver iodine and cloud seeding where it acts as a nuclei for ice crystal formation.

Maybe you don't but I follow the true science. Nibiru while maybe to likely not true, HAARP is true and what it does is science of heating the atmosphere in the area the energy is focused. Bouncing specific frequencies of the ionosphere has known consequences if you follow the science being used there.

HAARP as being able to heat up portions of the upper and lower ionosphere is true.

The scalar interferometer nonsense that surrounds the topic probably not so much.

The scalar stuff is Physics and on paper that is/has to be possible IMO.

It's not through Justoneman.

Scalar wave theory is pseudoscience at best and has never been accepted or substantiated by mainstream science.
