And now might be a good time to link to Lev Parnas' letter to Comer. If you remember, Lev was the boots on the ground for Rudy and Trump in Ukraine. Tasked with finding the "dirt". Comer refuses to call him in to testify, which is weird because Lev kept all of his text messages and emails. Although maybe not weird, because if you read what actually happened, they were unable to actually find any dirt. Lev also discusses how the laptop was actually copied by Russian agents when they got Hunter overly intoxicated, but before Rudy got it here into the hands of Bannon who manipulated the online version, it was embarrassing but had no proof of malfeasance on it.

Why won't the committee call on the one guy who's job it was to get the dirt to come in and testify with all his documentation. Strange, no?

It is IMPERATIVE that Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy announce a date for the U.S. House to begin an impeachment inquiry of FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Christopher Wray knew/knows all about numerous Biden Crime Family infractions, and has been in charge of FBI cover-up operations (buck stops with Wray) across TWO Administrations (Trump & Biden).

If McCarthy does NOT set a date for this Impeachment Inquiry to begin BEFORE Congress departs for its 42-day vacation next week, he should be removed as Speaker! (He'd be no better than Paul "the wimp" Ryan was.)

So now Hunter's lawyers have pulled a fast one on the court. Im not a lawyer, so cant really understand the implications of this, but apparently one of Hunter's lawyers called the clerk and identified themselves as someone else to get the whistleblower brief sealed? The judge found out and have given them until 9 pm tonight to explain.

Special counsel just means this DoJ will pile it all into a black box office and that will be the end of it.

INDEPENDENT counsel is what is needed, and we don't have those anymore. Those were eliminated after Clinton.

Special prosecuter was independent counsel before that.

They got rid of it after Ken Starr and the Monica affair.

ETA: as far as I can tell, a 'special counsel' is a fancy title for 'project lead' under the AG. Big whoop. And a big mistake. We need to bring back the independent counsel legal mechanism.

Garland will appear before the House Judiciary Committee for an oversight hearing on the alleged politicization of the DOJ, and lawmakers will have an opportunity to ask questions about the disputed aspects of the Hunter Biden investigation. IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler testified to the House Ways and Means Committee in May and June and accused DOJ investigators of giving Hunter Biden special treatment. The House Ways and Means, Oversight and Judiciary Committees are investigating the whistleblower allegations, and Garland will have a chance to answer questions over the unresolved aspects of the IRS whistleblower testimony.

Below are all the questions the House Judiciary Committee should ask Garland on the Hunter Biden situation during Wednesday’s hearing.

ANOTHER: Whistle Blower #3 contradicts Attorney General Merrick Garland.

A third IRS agent told House investigators last week that President Joe Biden’s Justice Department blocked now-special counsel David Weiss from charging Hunter Biden, seemingly contradicting Attorney General Merrick Garland’s assertion that Weiss had complete authority to charge the president’s son.

“He was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own,” Garland said in June of now-special counsel David Weiss.
