Well, to be fair, It did make the news when Joe farted his brains out while standing next to the Queen Consort. And she told everybody she knew about it in detail. You can be sure she even described the odor as well.

President Biden let out a long, loud fart while speaking with the Duchess of Cornwall at the COP26 summit.

Camilla Parker Bowles “hasn’t stopped talking about” the 78-year-old’s “long fart,” it has been reported.

The pair were making small talk at the global climate change gathering in Scotland last week when the president broke wind, according to an informed source who spoke to the Mail on Sunday.

“It was long and loud and impossible to ignore,” the source told the outlet.

“Camilla hasn’t stopped talking about it.”

Where is the "this is the beginning of the end" message from CNN?

So all Comer has is the word of a missing whistleblower about a document he hasn't seen? Am I missing any actual evidence coming to light?

You nailed it.
There is nothing here and Comer knows he has nothing.
If he did actually have something why hasn't he spilled the beans?
Where is this whistle-blower?
Let's not forget these are the kind of people that will buy Trump bucks, the IQ of most of them is not too high.

Ok, if there is Nothing in that document as you claim, why the refusal to release it? The document may or may not have evidence of bribery. The unclassified document is the evidence of that either way. I would think you would want to see it. All your questions would be answered.

It’s unclassified after all, what’s the harm? And you might want tone back those insults. After all, you are the kind who gave us Biden. Easy to see how that’s working out! Enjoying the food and gas prices are you?

Because it sets a precedent that allows Congress to exercise powers not endowed upon them by the Constitution.

Court cases set precedent, not subpoena replies.

On to the next excuse.

And we all know that the American people have no right to know about possible bribery of Government officials.

You seem afraid that it just might be true. There seems to be an extremely easy step to prove if there is something there or not. Why not take it?

Multiple whistleblowers. One is 'missing'.

Why isnt Wray in trouble, like Trump is ,for not responding to an official govt subpoena? You good with that double standard?

Funny you should begin judicial precedent. It says that Wray has no legal obligation to produce the requested document as Congress has no authority to issue a subpoena in this case.

So what reason does Wray have to provide the document to a Congressional Subcommittee that is clearly more interested in scoring political points than actually doing anything related to their job?

As I have stated, Congress is not a law enforcement agency. Their subpoenas only hold weight if it pertains to a legislative matter. This is a precedent established by the SCOTUS.

Once Comer can point to a bill his subcommittee is working on that requires this document for research purposes, then he might have a case against Wray.

You probably also still think Hunters Laptop is a myth, Bidens daughters diary was made up, Hillary didnt have anything on her smashed phones or Trump is a Russian spy. Your side has fallen for the actual gospel time and time again, your opinion is only evidence the propaganda machine is still turning people into mindless sheep.

Congress has the additional constitutional role of oversight. So you said incorrectly said legislative instead of 'congressional powers'.

It's that Balance of Power thing. That keeps the US from becoming a dictatorship. So what is happening here is that Congress has subpoenaed documents from the Executive Branch in the course of their duty of oversight on the Executive. And the Executive has refused!!! Is Biden acting now as a dictator? Some might say he is.

Big surprise the thread title is inaccurate.

No where in either source linked is the thread title established. Which is saying something because one source has an established polititical bias and the other is so small you cant validate anything on it.

Still making up the claim that the VP accepted a 5 million bribe from another country is a rather strong statement. If its true i want those involved to be prosecuted.

Do you actually have any source , biased like your normal sources or unbaised, that backs up this claim?

And you probably believe my pillow guy had proof, or that Trump was to already be reinstated.
And you probably believe this story.
And who is the mindless sheep again?

2 possibilities;

1) the left sees that Biden has outlived his usefulness and is transitioning him out the door.

2) somebody wants to curry favor with the Republicans (now that they have a House majority).

Throwing Biden to the wolves will be tricky. After Watergate, Republicans were creamed at the polls for a while.

Somebody knows the whole house of cards could soon be coming down. And they are the first rats off the boat looking for a dry dock?

Once again, SCOTUS had ruled that Congress can only issue subpoenas for legislative reasons.

The most recent case to reinforce this precedent was Trump v. Mazars.

That's all it is, that's all it has been for some time.
For some reason people still eat this stuff up.
I'll believe this when I see it, and I'm not going to hold my breath.
But the OP will and the like with froth over this and cling to it like it's gospel.
Kinda sad and very funny

Do you find it so bittersweet amusing when team donkey does same? Just as politicians are the same the world over, regardless of colors on the helmets, so are the fans in the stands.

Trump was the first non politician to come along since Jimmy Carter. The next non politician will get worked over just the same.
