A Team of International Scientists & Leading Medical Professionals Are Taking Pfizer To Court In South Africa

The lawsuit suggests there has been an unprecedented rise in vaccine injuries, and that data reveals an association with increasing death from both COVID & non-COVID causes in the vaccinated

Renowned scientists and medical experts calling into question the safety and efficacy of multiple vaccines is nothing new and has been happening throughout the pandemic.

The latest example comes from South Africa. A case filed on March 23 in the high court of Pretoria, South Africa by international scientists and leading medical professionals demands urgent judicial review of Pfizer’s mRNA COVID vaccine products. They are arguing that the products are unsafe and ineffective.

The suit claims that there has been an unprecedented rise in vaccine injuries, and cites data that apparently reveals an association with increasing death from both COVID and non-COVID causes in the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated.


According to the Freedom Alliance of South Africa (FASA), who has initiated the case,

“Global data is showing alarming signals and correlations between the administration of Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA vaccine products and an unprecedented rise in serious adverse reactions in patients, including disability, foetal abnormalities, aggressive cancers and death. As the global medical community increasingly becomes aware of the problem, the Freedom Alliance of South Africa (FASA) has taken on the government and the medicines regulator, SAHPRA, to safeguard public health.”

There could be huge implications if the case proceeds as the plaintiffs have asked the court to review and revoke the emergency use authorization which was used by Pfizer to roll out their mRNA products. According to the lawsuit the emergency use authorization in South Africa was unlawful.

Dr. Herman Edeling, a specialist neurosurgeon with over 40 years of experience, claims in the affidavit that the mRNA vaccine administered as Comirnaty in South Africa should “never have been branded as ‘safe’ and ‘effective.’

He also added:

“The Applicants in this application call on Pfizer to explain their conduct; they call on the South African regulators and government to hold Pfizer to account and to act in the best interests of the South African public, and they humbly request this Honourable Court to come to their aid in achieving these calls in the interests of the health of the South African public.”

If only one such claim is successful then for the first time Pfizer will have to defend the mRNA products in a court of Law and give evidence without being able to withhold evidence and lie to the public in relation to the severe adverse events and deaths caused by these untested, experimental, and potentially dangerous products.

Yeah, this is big. It may actually take lawsuits in others countries against big pharma and the coNvid quackzines to open the door for it to happen in the US, as they as currently dismissing them in the US for the reason that Pfizer delivered the fraud the government ordered. Which is literally their defense.

The only thing that bothers me about this is that it's not the doctors and scientists that are bringing suit. Instead it's the human rights group Freedom Alliance of South Africa (FASA.) That means it's a political thing.

Being apolitical thing means 'justice' and 'rights' are actually beside the point of the exercise. More likely it's about money, for which they will 'settle' out of court by an 'independent arbiter.' A well-payed, well-positioned adjudicator who specializes in such things as a matter of common practice. I have found that such 'settlements' are often no exercise in justice, just in economics.

I hope I am wrong though. But Pfizer and her parental ilk build these things into their business model.

Not necessarily if it's backed up by scientists and medical doctors who re not looking to get an out of court settlement but to take Pfizer to court and charge them with a range of offenses. The prime objective is to revoke the emergency authorisation the mRNA products received and was used by Pfizer to roll out their products.

You can take a look also at the number of deaths caused by the mRNA products. I have made several threads with actual cases confirmed by coroners and medical examiners and there are many more.

That's how you go after them, is go after their money, but all of it.

Justice as we say is often blind. But keep repeating the lawsuits and you only need to be successful once in whatever country the lawsuit is made. Lawyers and judges are not famous for their intelligence but there are some within the crowd who can give you the required result.
