As soon as I found out about this I was shocked, could someone explain to me how is it possible for someone to create consistent lyrics that make sense normal and backwards. Are those people mathematical geniuses or something? Is it a strange coincidence? Maybe they developed some sort of computer application that lets do this? I find it unbelievable something *else* would be involved in this.

When you said "disturbing" I was looking for...well something a little more "disturbing" than that. Not too shocking IMO, but interesting indeed. How did you come about this? Did you try it yourself or just hear about it? With all the technology now, it wouldnt surprise me if there was a device like the one you inquired about.

Creepy.....Even if it is just some background noises coming together it is still freaky...because that is what most "Sublimanal messages" are in backwards music.

No you don't need to read this text backwards, it is literally lyrics of that song played backwards.

Yes maybe its not that disturbing but it was when I first heard it for myself.

I found it accidentally on some music lyrics site and some user found out and slowly managed to wrote lyrics of it backwards, I'll try to see if he knows more. But its interesting anyway. u2u me if you need to get backwards sound file.

Ill try and find it for you.

The Amazing thing about it is there is alot of this kind of stuff hidden all over in tv's and everything.

correct me if Im wrong, but hasnt there been lots of studies done that prove that the human brain does not register backwards speech in any way, at all?

I think it was after all of that Ozzy Ozbourne stuff, parents blaming the retarded escapades of their already screwed up children on records and what not.

It seems that lots of sentences spoken in english have different meaning backwards (I hear that you can try it on your family to find out their true intentions ) but its much more rare and nothing with same content like this song. Ah well who knows.

I just downloaded the song, converted it to a wav file then reversed it with windows sound recorder.

Stations verdict:

The chorus is the only part of the song that can be passed off as back-masking. The most convincing part is �He loves you real� in the chorus. The rest of the chorus is just understandable with the lyrics in front. All the rapping in the song is completely incomprehensible when listened to in reverse. The original author of the reversed lyrics no doubt read into the gibberish.

My conclusion is that it is not intentional or supernatural. Coincidence perhaps. Without the reversed lyrics in front you wouldn�t raise an eyebrow.

I find the back-masking in �Stairway to Heaven� much more convincing.
