Strange lights in Maine

On the heels of another Strange things in Maine thread:

The newspaper is reporting "Strange Lights" sighted in about four towns in Somerset County.

Oddly enough this made the front of Drudge, since when do 'strange lights' warrant such coverage?

I'm actually living in Somerset County, so I guess I should start looking up! I posted this article, Somerset County, in the other thread. Check this out though, this report was a year ago almost to the day!!!! Isn't that wild?

Thanks for the post. I'm in Portland, and I haven't seen or heard anything strange. It sounds like the most of it is north of me. I've always got my eyes and ears open. I'm outside almost every night viewing with my telescope. I'll be sure to post anything strange that I see.
