In an interview with a local TV station, Representative Stephen E. Sandstrom (R) Orem, Utah stated that he would like to sponsor the exact same immigration legislation that has now been signed into law in Arizona:

www.liveleak.com...

Concerns have been raised that many illegal immigrants will seek to leave Arizona for its bordering state of Utah to the north.

A Utah Latino organization called "Projecto Latino" also issued an advisory for Mexicans returning to their homeland to avoid Arizona.

So I have to question why this organization would do this if the people traveling back to Mexico through Arizona are legal and have nothing to worry about?

Duh!

Because obviously many of them are not legal and will face being apprehended and deported if they are stopped in Arizona!

See how this works?

Other states are going to be forced to deal with this issue one way or another soon.

And it's just funny how all of a sudden the immigration issue is on a fast track with the Dems in Congress, who may have to act fast, lest they lose control over the issue to the states. The problem is, they already have. Way too little, WAY too late. Like 30 years or more too late.

It's time to take back America folks. Whether the feds like it or not.

YES.
That is what WILL HAPPEN.
Others states will adapt to this.
Some may not though, and when they dont, THEY will have todeal with it.
Followed quickly by chaos.
And The Fed, Well, They had their chance.

Ha… it seems Obama’s already on the name calling bandwagon… states taking control are “irresponsible”.

President Barack Obama called anew for overhauling the nation’s immigration laws, saying a failure to do so will lead to “misguided” efforts such as legislation passed in Arizona.

“Our failure to act responsibly at the federal level will only open the door to irresponsibility by others,” Obama said at a Rose Garden naturalization ceremony for 24 members of the U.S. military. “That includes, for example, the recent efforts in Arizona.”

How could anything be more "irresponsible" than the federal government allowing the wanton invasion of this country, while having our troops committed in ridiculous wars overseas?

We're invading Iraq and Afghanistan, and getting invaded ourselves. I guess what goes around comes around, eh?
