No, it's not the Yak-141: You can see obvious differences between both designs.

...it's the follow-on, as the Yak-141 was cancelled. It's a candidate to Russian LFS/ LFI program.

Actually, the Twin cockpit idea is not bad, one with the pilot, one with the weapon operator. And they both have good view.

Russia is currently developing a long-range interceptor to replace the MiG-31, the PAK DP (Перспективный авиационный комплекс дальнего перехвата=Perspektivny aviatsionny kompleks dal'nego perekhvata=Prospective air complex for long-range interception) officially called izdeliye 41 (product 41) and known in some non-Russian media outlets as the MiG-41.
