Yes, it is the new TETRA radios that are driving the cops insane. Probably intentional to make them kill more. Turn up the juice and they're just a murdering gang of psychopaths. www.tetrawatch.net...
And shouldnt the cop have looked into the bed of the truck when approaching the drivers side from the rear?
Maybe this is happening in the US as more cops are coming into the force after being shaped as youngsters by the 9/11 frenzy of fear

That is just crazy! Clover a very nice quaint small town & who would even think something
like this would go down. My sister lives there & it's a very quiet & peaceful beautiful area.
These shooting are happening way too often & it seems almost every day day now & they
need to stop.
Cheers

I don't live terribly far from there myself.
I don't know if this is how they are training them now or what but I totally agree.
It needs to stop.

Police are being trained that their safety, and nobody elses is important. They are being trained to act aggressively any time someone does show instant compliance. They are being trained to be the exact opposite of what they were intended to be.
I fear the police more than I fear the the gang bangers or terrorists.
Is America being transformed into GAZA II right before our eyes?
Has the phony zio run “War On Terror” been used as a means to mind-kontrol the local Police to view all non-police Citizens as either Terrorists, Domestic terrorists or potential Domestic terrorists? (1)
Are the shoulder-held constant-on police radios also being used to mind-kontrol many police. Do they entrain aggressive frequencies in their brains and stimulate semi-conscious, violent parietal lobe or temporal lobe psycho-motor seizures in many police leading to hundreds of unjustified murders and serious assaults of civilians?(2)
Anyone who compares current Police norms, policies and practices now from what they used to be twenty-five years ago, can easily conclude that high tech mind-kontrol , both cultural and psychotronic has been used by top policy-Makers who set the Police policies in the major departments. Obviously the sophistication of this mind-kontrol deployed in a background of the phony “War on Drugs”, 9/11 and the phony “War on Terror” has allowed a progressive implementation over a long period of time. This incremental deployment in such times of course has prevented most Police Officers from being aware of how they have been mind-kontroled . And few have studied such techniques in advance and this information is not readily available in the Controlled Major mass Media (CMMM).
As the military transitions into a tech-heavy force, increasingly reliant on robots and drones, local police forces are looking less like law enforcement and more like heavily armored combat units. Now, it seems they are starting to train like them, as well.
A story published by The State newspaper in Columbia, South Carolina, reported on recent secret joint training missions between U.S. Army special forces and the Richland County (South Carolina) Sheriff’s Department.
The article describes training exercises being conducted by “unidentified units” from Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Ft. Bragg is the home of the elite U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the super-secret, super-deadly Delta Force.
Of course, Deputy Knox had every right to be afraid. Disabled septuagenarians are, after all, the group most responsible for the deaths of deputies in the United States. It is also quite possible that Mr. Canipe was a domestic terrorist, making Deputy Knox’s uncontrollable terror all the more justified.

Still, if an old man with a cane represents a situation in which such violent panic must take place on the part of the Deputy, perhaps he should find a career that does not frighten him so much? Although police work itself is not as dangerous as media outlets and Law Enforcement agencies would have us believe, Deputy Knox would clearly be suited to a profession that does not involve real responsibility, a requirement to make quick decisions, or, obviously, the slightest bit of courage.
