UFO Possibly Spotted In Cloud

I searched and did not find this, but this video was posted by a Facebook user and it somehow found it's way to my wife who then shared it with me. It looks like it could have been CGI due to the lack of quality as is standard for UFO videos (even in an age of HD). Either way, whether it's real or not, it's a cool video. Can anyone pinpoint the language and perhaps the location?

It's a CGI hoax and has been posted here a couple of times.

That looks familiar - I think I've seen it before, probably here on ATS, and I don't remember if it was debunked, or remained a mystery. I would totally freak out if I saw something like that in broad daylight! xo

I knew I had seen it here before and that it was deemed CGI, but I couldn't begin to remember the details. However, I did think to myself - I bet gortex knows! And Lo, there was your response already in place.
