It is 6:19 PM my time.

On one of my threads, I was checking out the profile of a participant when I was puzzled to find that the post of a participant does not show on the participant's list of posts on their profile.

Here is a screenshot of the post in question:

Why is the 11:22 AM post not listed?

I've just checked that profile.
His post on your thread is already third one down on the list.

What has puzzled you, I think, is the time shown.
I believe the time shown on the thread is for your time zone, while the time shown on his profile is his own time zone, so it appears as 10.22.
It's more obvious for me because I'm on a larger time difference.

On second thoughts, looking around, I may be wrong. it may be that ALL profile times are six hours behind GMT, wherever the user is.

Thank you very much.

And please forgive me for asking such a stupid question.

I assumed wrongly apparently, that for me, any screen that I would look at would be for my time zone.

ROFL ... hey that's me!!

The timestamps get really confusing when daylight saving time changes. I'm on the other side of midnight from you if that helps.

When you view your post on the thread, it says the time was 10:30 AM?

I'm confused because it seems the user sets the time on their account - mine is GMT -5:00 Eastern - that that should be standard across the board on all screens.

10:22 a.m. precisely. That was the local time Monday morning KST when I hit reply. This one is going a few minutes before midnight. Gotta hit the sack now.
