A New Solution against all the Violence...

Violence begets violence. If one wishes to live in peace then new solutions to conflict must be sought. America perceives itself as the worlds premier state, lets see some real leadership. Killing people is not leadership, its an act of blind ignorant fear. (by terrorist or state) America needs to accept (as does the rest of the world) that the current systems favours a few at the expence of the many. Most of the worlds wealth is in the hands of a small group of people who manage it very poorly. The world could be a place where all people could live dignified and productive lives, working in unison to improve society and care for the planet but those who control the worlds wealth do not want it so, for obvious reasons. It is obscene that children should die from hunger and easily curable disease when their fellows have so much that they couldn't use it in twenty life times. Any ideas?....

Violence wont be solved in our lifetime, And neither will true equality or the chance for it in our world. I look around and can say that people are really Fantatisc creatures with so much potential for great things.

Maybe if providing medical care, Education and Food was the primary goal of the U.N. we would see a definetly positve change in the next 80yrs.

Yes, leave the world basically as it is and don't waste too much energy trying to solve it. Social culture is as much to blame for violence as much as governmental policy. Fear is also a very big motivator.

The only thing a person can do about it, is to make is as good as you have power to.

If everyone thought that, we'd be good. But the problem is, is that getting the world to believe one idea is only attemptable through force, at which point it becomes self-defeating.
