Hold on... I th9ught the MUFON report said the event happened at dusk. Those videos are not even close to dusk. More like middle of the night. What am I missing?

Sounds to me like a Cessna on approach to the local municipal landing strip, caught in a strong cross wing they can appear to 'hover' to travellers in moving cars its really an optical illusion
