dismiss it. "
In other words, legal process is being followed. Once this has timed out the district judge will decide what to do. In this case, he/she is likely
to dismiss it as (a) a waste of the courts time and (b) stupid.
Whether you like the Church of the LDS, or not, people are entitled to their beliefs. One disaffected ex-member is just trying to use a legal rule
because he's got nothing better to do.
