Ghostly image caught on cell phone

I came across this on yahoo and figured I'd share. A lot of people may relate this as something religious. I've had similar encounters except I saw it with my own eyes not in a picture. What I saw was just like in the photo.

I was laying in bed one night not able to sleep. So I got up to go to the bathroom and saw a person standing at the end of the hallway. At first I jumped a foot off the ground because it startled me. My next though was it was an intruder. I started charging down the hallway ready to attack. I got right up to it and watched it disappear in front of my face. I've had a bunch of encounters in my home over the past 10 years.

I'm not a religious person and I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to such things. But what I've seen in my own house is exactly what was in the photo in this story except what I saw was a man not a woman.

Why do you think seeing a ghost has anything to do with religion?

It doesn't.

But, of course, any religious person is going to think seeing an apparition is "a sign from God"; it's the only way their narrow minds can cope with it.

Have you done any research on your home to see if a former owner had any deaths in the house, or close? It might be a good idea to do this, if you've been having a lot of paranormal experiences over the years.

Sometimes when people die unexpectedly, they don't realize they are dead, so they hang around. Or if they have unfinished business that needs tended to, they may try to communicate with you.

Do you know any mediums in your area that could come in and talk with the ghost to see why he is still there? Someone needs to help him tie up any loose ends so he can cross over.

Everyone here seems to be basing their replies on the photo you linked to share on how the ghost looked to you.

Basically, you're saying the ghost you saw was transparent, and male. And the darn thing disappeared in front of your eyes!

The members are failing to respond to the fact that what you saw was with your own eyes, standing in the hallway, not a photo!

You were seeking responses to what YOU saw, and NOT the photo linked, right?

ETA: Or, maybe after reading your title again, you ARE wanting replies on the cell phone image?

about to post the same thing, I also have some problems with the picture.

1. on the blow up picture, it looks like there is a net behind the guy, but in the normal picture I cannot pick out the net.
2. why does the picture have that effect? I'm not sure of the name of it but when people are taking photos they are usually normal photos that are crisp and clear, this one is not. (I want to call the effect seppia but not sure)
3. in the normal sized picture what is that black and white circle on the bottom right of the picture?
