Hello, land of ATS!

I've been reading these boards on & off for a couple years now. I signed up to finally share some of my experiances in life, & to partake in others' discussions, rather than be just some wierdo who says nothing!

I live in the middle of England, 28 years of age, and believe our species needs to fix up within the next 10 years, otherwise we'll be stuck in this motion untill we wipe ourselves off this beautifull rock.

I post on my Xbox One, due to not having a PC, or laptop. So please forgive me, if my posts don't look as top notch as this site deserves.

I don't really know what else to say here, so I'll see you all in the wierd & wonderfull world of ATS!

A quick question for anyone that reads this, I've had a quick rundown on the site but not entirely sure what this means; What are the flags for above each topic? Are they like ratings, like a Facebook thumbs up? Or are they being 'flagged' for mods to see?

As above someone has posted the term and conditions always worth a read especially when making a thread. There are certain websites that arnt allowed to be posted here.

As for the flags I use flags to judge what a thread is like. Users give the creator of a thread flags to alert others to some good information. For example I like UFOs if I saw a UFO thread with 20 flags and only 5 replies I know that the information on that thread is pretty good. If I see a thread with 2 flags and 20 replies then I know that the thread might be a little poo

Stars are given to users who have provided ats with important news or discovery. So again if it's a UFO thread and someone has posted a half decent video then you can give them a flag to allow others it's a good thread and you can give he user a star for their input

Another noob question, how does one give a flag? I've tried clicking the flag but nothing happens! Sorry if this seems a bit obvious!

You just hover over the flag and click it richi
Same with the stars, but you can only give one star and one flag, it looks like you can give more stars if you return to a thread but it's just a ghost star.

When you give a flag it ceases to be an outline becomes all white

Kinda wierd you posted that bacon picture, I just finished eating a bacon sandwich as I clicked back onto this! The conspiricies are starting already!
