I will tell you what i am it might be easier.
Every single Atom can be self aware. In fact they are and the ultraverse is talking to everyone all the time. If the body does not listen to itself then cancer will destroy it.

I am conCERNed about something
There is a facility that might want to consider what they are doing, wheather they think they are doing it for the right reasons or the wrong reasons lol
I wouldnt go smashing particles together myself if it was for the benefit of just a few and not the whole. So why smash particles the higgs boson might come to you
