True to say it is an unidentified flying object however although I do believe there are ET craft flying around the earth at some times I would say if something kept using the same route on a regular basis then my knowledge of aircraft movements suggest that perhaps you live underneath a patch of sky used as a regular air corridor.
There are some aviation websites that plot air movements in real time so you might want to check them out when you target the camera next time.

continued from what Radioboffin posted, satellites also always follow the same trajectory path and the fastest can orbit the earth every 90 minutes.

on inspection of the footage id say its an object passing once and the videos owner just looped the video and cropped a few frames to make it seem like it was the same object 'orbiting' which could be valid as the video camera didnt have the time on it. its a tricky one to explain im just observing, some seasoned ufo footage experts might give more insight. definitely an interesting video nonetheless.

Sure but this object circled 4 times if it was a Sat then it would continue to circle but it didn't so I think it's fair to say that a Sat can be ruled out.

Is it the same object?
How much of the sky was this capturing? To me it seemed that the speed and trajectory of the objects follow that of a satellites, so I am wondering what else you have to say its fair to rule them out?

Well put simply satellites orbit the Earth this footage show an object orbiting a city, as shown by the tightness of the 'arc' of direction.
If it were a satellite, it would not have gone by that many times in that short of a time _...at least no satellite I know of travels that fast nor in what would appear to be a much tighter radius turn than satellites.

Without being able to determine the altitude of the object (it does appear to be high altitude though) I would have to go with some type of military drone. A race track orbit is usually set up over an area of interest. Could have been night time training or something of interest..? An IR scope is expensive; wish I had one !edit on 20-1-2014 by 727Sky because: ...
